This is a total rip if you have a Wayne Dalton door and mechanism. They come with no warning of the fact that they do not work on Wayne Dalton. If your door is up and won’t shut you are at their mercy.

Call on a Monday and was told a Technician could be out the next day. Our appointment was scheduled in the time frame of 4-6pm. Tom Lathrop our tech. called at 1:45 said he could do it at 2. Came right away and did a great job. Very informative and getting the job done right. We are so happy that our garage door is working properly like it should when he was done. Great Job Precision!!

I called webnesday mourning the appointment was for 8:00 am Thursday. Bill called about noon. To make this a short story short Tom came out about 2:45 and had my door repaired and working. Before he started he give me a price on replacing both springs I said Ok. When he got it apart you could see wear on the shaft it needed bearings. He installed two springs and bearings adjusted & lubed everything works great. All done same day Great Service. You could see Tom had experience knew what he was doing

We woke up this morning to a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Garage Door at 8:52 and made an appointment for a technician to come out between 10 and noon, with the caveat that if the tech could get here earlier that would be great too. Tom called me at 9:10 a.m. saying he would be here between 9:30 and 9:45. He showed up at 9:40 and not even an hour later, the door is fixed plus he replaced some parts that were either recalled or damaged. Tom was pleasant, professional and informative, and the price was VERY reasonable. I am beyond impressed with Precision's expertise and customer service!! I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

I had one of the springs break on my garage door, and I called Precision. I've used them before and had great service. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Tom came out and took care of it quickly. He does good work, and checks the entire system out every time. Problem solved with no headaches. Was a very good experience from the person taking my call to the technician showing up at my door he explained everything very well after looking and as we talked recommended the best service and was very courteous efficient and was done within the time frame he said he would be I have never had a more smoothly running garage door than I do now

Quick service, same day, tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Way overpriced!!.. If you're looking for simple spring replacement, they don't offer price based options.. only a fixed way high 180.00 per spring.. Then on top of it they don't apply the absurd 65.00 service call to the work you gave them. They add it on. Then the owner Ben doesn't even reply to responses sent directly to him about the over priced work. I made the mistake trusting the over inflated reviews they fish for to beef up their rating.. I would encourage you strongly to use a more competitively priced company AT HALF the price.. There are tons in Denver, that give actual spring options.. Also beware, techs are trained to find what they can to add on to the work. My tech started pushing rollers, bearings, etc within 5 minutes trying to make me believe everything was shot and that an inspector will slam me when I sell. I have 9 rental houses and flip them yearly.. Never ever have Rollers or Bearings affected a sale.. Beware of this company.. This also could have been a more positive review if the owner cared enough to respond.
