After inspecting our unit, he gave us options, gladly answering all of my questions. The job was completed efficiently, and his work area was totally clean before he left. My garage door broke at 10 am on a Saturday. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said she would have someone out between 11 and 1pm. Within 15-20 minutes I had a call from my technician Tom Lathrop to let me know he would be there around 11. He was timely and efficient. And done by 1130. He did a great job getting my garage door fixed so I could get on with running my errands for the day. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future should any problems arise. Thank you so much!

When our garage door failed to open, I surfed the net to find someone who could make the repairs. Your website was not the first I visited; however, it was definitely the last. I was impressed with the many glowing customer reviews. I took advantage of your on-line chat session, and within seconds I was working with a very knowledgeable and friendly associate. Since it was Friday afternoon, my expectation was to schedule a service appointment for early next week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a 2-hour maintenance window for that very afternoon. Your Technician called me early within our agreed upon time frame to advise that he was on his way. He quickly identified root cause to be a broken spring (compounded by tangled cables when the home-owner attempted his own repairs). I watched as he quickly took things apart, replaced the springs, got the cables back on their pulleys and then did all kinds of preventative maintenance tasks such as adjusting the tracks, ensuring everything was tight and applying some grease where necessary. I jokingly commented, "You've done this once or twice" when he had the job done very quickly. He had his own witty comeback. "Aren't you glad I read the manual on my way out here?" :-) My wife and I couldn't be more delighted. The garage door works better than it ever has. Thanks for your terrific support from start to finish.

Quick response! Technician was early every day and had me up and running in no time! Replaced both springs, all the rollers and replaced my garage door opener. Put a new Lift Master torque drive on and I couldn't be happier. Cost more for the tongue drive, but it is sooooo quiet! Nice job!

Tom did a awesome job. I had to have more than just the main spring replaced but in the end it was worth it. Was told they would arrive between 11 and 12. Tom called and got there at 9:15. Awesome for me. Door works great.

*****5 STARS!! I am so impressed with Precision and my technician Tom. I have been having problems with my garage door ever since it was installed 5 years ago. I had a company come out two weeks ago, they did an inspection, replaced the wheels and cleaned the electronic eyes, charged me enough to have had a whole new garage door installed and the next day my garage door stopped working again. Then they failed to show up to two follow up appointments. THEN I found Precision on a Google search. Tom was not only prompt but early. He found the problem immediately and it took him less than 5 minutes to fix, (a wire was being pinched by a staple). He was so gracious that he didn't even charge me a service call! From this point forward, Precision will be the only company I call for any garage door need, and I've already referred them to a friend. Thank you Precision and Tom ~ you have earned a life long customer!!

I received the Local Amazon coupon special email. We had just noticed the day before that my garage door looked like it was "separating", like the panels were slipping. I viewed the comments on the website and decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment for the same day. The tech arrived promptly and tuned up the door. I backed into my garage door, then my husband tried his hand at fixing it...which only made it worse. The door wouldn't go down and we were leaving town the next day. I called at 9 am on a aturday morning, and Tom called to say he'd be there between 9:45 and 10! He got there just before 10 am and fixed the door in less than 30 minutes. He was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The price was lots lower than I thought it would be. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.
