I saw the reviews before calling for service. I was not disappointed. Tom arrived on time, had the parts needed in his truck and verified the estimate with me before proceeding. Very pleased with the service. I also asked for a verbal estimate for a new garage door and was surprised how reasonable it was. Thank you, Precision is now on my permanent list of service providers.

I was very pleased with the technicians professional demeanor, the advance call, and the promptness of service. I could have done the work myself, but I feel very comfortable with the repair, and due to a recent injury it was just better for me not to climb a ladder. It was money well spent, and the old adage "You get what you pay for" certainly was true in this case.

This is the 3rd time I have called Precision to fix my garage door. First repair was a spring replacement, 2nd was the kids disengaging the manual latch (no charge), and this time the sensors had to be replaced. Had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment due to a medical emergency. Absolutely no problem and immediately scheduled a new one for the next business day. Tom was timely, and service was completed much quicker than I expected. New rollers and tune-up at a incredibly great price with my local Amazon coupon. I could not be happier with the service from Precision, and Tom, especially. About a year and a half ago I called to have my garage door that was sticking, repaired. Tom came out same day and replaced, adjusted, serviced all moving parts and got it going smoothly. He has since come out within hours of a call to adjust and keep (what might not be the best) door, (originally installed by someone else), operating well. I recommend Precision and Tom with complete confidence.

This company is the best!! My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. I called precision and they sent a technician, Jake, over within an hour. Jake got me all fixed up and also made sure that my garage door was total safe. I picked your company mainly because your reviews were good and didn't feel like I needed to shop around a lot. I didn't get any other quotes so I can't compare pricing but the service was great. Service man was on time and when he called to let me know what needed to be done to get it fixed he let me know my options and the pricing of each. When I didn't pick the most expensive he didn't pressure me into anything. This was a rental of mine so it was nice to have someone that could get things done right away and be on time. Hopefully I don't need to call you out anytime soon but will when I need to.
