We have used Precision since we moved into the house 13 years ago. Service is excellent! We called yesterday at 3pm and a service tech was here shortly after 4. Turns out we needed a new opener and the tech installed it within an hour. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Service from Precision is awesome. Wouldn't change for anything.

We had a problem with older garage door not opening/closing well. Donovan arrived ahead of time, was knowledgeable, pleasant and made improvements on the door. We had good contact all the way through, scheduling, informing us of tech’s time of arrival, and Donovan calling us upon arrival. Very good experience. Highly recommend

Same day service was great so I didn’t have to have an open garage door at night. They gave a 2 hour window and sent a picture of the technician. The price was reasonable. Tom just came by as scheduled, despite horrible weather that included heavy snow and temperatures in the teens. It was a simple fix -- new wiring needed to the sensors. With my car still in my single-car garage, Tom made the repair in about 15 minutes, no muss, no fuss. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Precision.

This was the second repair I had done with precision. Zac is THE best, he takes the time to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. I was ripped off by a competitor in 2016 ($983 for garage door springs only!). In the last two weeks I had a full garage door replacement on my house and called him back for a tune up on my Mother-in-laws garage door, pricing was very fair, service by Zac is second to none. I would highly recommend. A+++

This is a total rip if you have a Wayne Dalton door and mechanism. They come with no warning of the fact that they do not work on Wayne Dalton. If your door is up and won’t shut you are at their mercy.

Call on a Monday and was told a Technician could be out the next day. Our appointment was scheduled in the time frame of 4-6pm. Tom Lathrop our tech. called at 1:45 said he could do it at 2. Came right away and did a great job. Very informative and getting the job done right. We are so happy that our garage door is working properly like it should when he was done. Great Job Precision!!
