What Awesome Service!! Spring broke Thursday eve, called at 7am on Friday and Donovan was here at 8am. Donovan explained everything very thoroughly and went to work. 45 minutes later the door was fixed. Extremely pleased. Will Certainly use Precision again!

Our garage door opener quit working in the evening, so we called Precision after hours. We were impressed that we could speak to a live customer service representative and set up an appointment for the next morning. Donovan was our technician who arrived promptly to help diagnose the issue. He helped us choose a replacement and install a new garage door opener all on the same day. He was fantastic every step of the way. Donovan is an absolute asset to this company; great communicator, personable, professional, & courteous. He took the time to explain everything about the new setup and programmed our remotes and vehicles as well. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The sensors went bad on my garage door, and about 8 years ago Precision had fixed some other problems with my garage door, and they did a great job making sure everything was in good shape and tuned up. Donovan, from Precision came this time and was very professional and thorough in his work. He put new sensors in and then did an inspection of everything. He showed me how the gear from the motor was going to go bad and break off soon, and how loose the chain was. I decided to put a new unit on. What a difference from the old one! Technology has come a long ways from what these garage door openers were 10 years ago!

Donovan was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed it and reworked the the opener wiring and did basic tune up in under 30 minutes. All with a great personality.

Precision had done a good job before so I made them the first call when the springs gave up the ghost on my garage door. They had a technician at my house within hours, not days -- within the 2 hr window they gave me and the technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving. The necessary repairs were explained and reviewed with me before any work began. The cost seemed reasonable and when the service and responsiveness is this good you don't fret over the cost as much.

Same day service and was great! I tried to install a key pad I purchased from a big box store and I screwed up everything! Donovan installed the Lift Master key pad, set up both doors to function properly, reset both our cars and our hand controls. All our bells and whistles work great! I can’t say enough good things about Donovan, our technician and installer. Donovan educated about all things re: garage doors when he adjusted our old garage door in April. Something hit that door recently and severely damaged the integrity of the door. Donovan helped us pick out a replacement and we could not be more happy! Just tonite my wife came home and said- “did you hear that?” I said hear said hear what? She replied-“exactly!” Our new door is quiet now- no creaks, squeaks and other awful sounds. We opted for windows also and wow- what a difference a little light makes in our garage. Who knew something like a garage door could be so incredible- but it is! Donovan is an amazing technician!! Donovan from Precision has been to our house twice this year(tune-up in April and door replacement estimate today) Talking with Donovan is like enrolling in garage door 101. Our current door is a Clopay and after damage to a strut it is limping now. We are getting a new door with insulation and a great warranty. I had hoped we would get more longevity out of our Clopay but we are looking forward to our new and improved garage door. Give Donovan a raise- he knows this stuff inside and out!

Donovan was amazing and so helpful. We had another company scheduled to do an estimate the day before. That company didn't show and sent someone from another company instead who was two hours late. They basically said we needed all new doors, openers and that everything was in such bad shape it could not be fixed. Donovan showed up on time and went over our issues and concerns. He explained that even though our garage doors were old, they did not necessarily need replacing. He gave us three options and was able to do the work that day. It feels like we have new garage doors now that everything has been updated and fixed. I will never call anyone else for Garage Door issues and this was money well spent! Thank you Precsion

The main spring failed on my double garage door on a Friday afternoon. I called at 530, and scheduled an appointment for 8-10 on Saturday. Donovan Called right at 8 and was there by 830. The door was fully repaired by 930. I was very impressed with Donavan's professionalism, and the door performs better than ever with new springs, bearings, and rollers. I really appreciated getting the door operational less than 24 hours after it failed.
