Great customer service. Same day repair. The technician Tom called when he was coming up to my mountain property. Arrived at the estimated time. He was polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The repair was quick and above all completed right. I’m all about the customer service!

I went To the Internet, your company had a very good rating. Also it was a Sunday and I saw there was no up charge for a weekend. We have been having some issues with the garage door opener. Saturday evening the rope broke and we had to open the garage door manually.

We can’t say anything except all good about Prestige. We called them late evening on Fri. night and they had crew out first thing Sat. morning on time. Issue was correctly assessed in a few minutes and fixed in less than an hour. While we actually thought we had called a local company, called Prestige by mistake but are extremely happy we got them instead. I will use them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair company.

Tom was great. We had two cars trapped in the garage so Tom came out the same day we called. The main things that needed to be replaced were the springs and the cables. Tom did a complete overhaul and got us working again in no time. It's so nice when you get an experienced technician.

During this cold spell, the main spring for our garage door snapped. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. The service was prompt, professional, and fair priced. The work is guaranteed for a year. Our technician, James, was very clear about what was wrong and needed to done. He completed the work efficiently, replaced the main spring, and fine turned the door & opener so that they work better than they ever did before. I would give James and Precision a 5 star rating, as well as, recommend them to my family and friends!

Thoroughly impressed with Precision and our technician, Tom. We broke the drive gear off of our old garage door opener and called Precision since they'd done some work for my father a few years back. Best call I could have made IMO. They came out the same day I called and Tom gave me the option of fixing the existing opener or replacing it. As it was an older opener, and chain drive, I opted to go ahead and replace the existing one. While Tom was working, I asked if he happened to have another opener with him since our other garage door also had an older model chain drive opener. It just so happened that he did, so I had him swap both out so that we're starting new again. Tom was done installing BOTH openers in about an hour, programmed the remotes, had me program the key pad and walked me through setting up the HomeLink stuff in our vehicles. Definitely a fantastic experience.

One of the hinges was broken so I called Precision to schedule service. Not only was the repair tech, Tom Lathrop able to come out the same day, he arrived early as per his phone call to alert me. Upon inspection, he gave me an estimate, fixed the hinge, replaced fraying cables and was done in no time. I will recommend this company to neighbors and will use them again if needed.

My garage door was jammed due to the cable coming off on one side. I looked on line for repair companies and after looking at reviews, I choose Precision. It was a good choice. Tom was on time, easy going, got the job done well, answered my questions and the charge was reasonable. I will keep you in mind if any problems come up in the future. You have a "5" from me. I called to make an appointment and Precision sent a serviceman the next day! Unfortunately, on our new home (built in 2015), they installed the Wayne Dalton Torque Master spring mechanism and it failed after only 3.5 years. Tim was unable to repair that but suggested a better longterm solution - to install a torsion spring system. He had all the supplies ready to go right there on the spot. While the repair cost was much higher than I expected, I am hopeful that this will last much longer than the Wayne Dalton and future repairs much more manageable.

I had a broken spring. Zac came over, and was friendly, and did a great job. He also showed me why I needed both end and center bearings. I agreed, and also had him install rollers (I had already replaced 2). He was very professional, and fast. He also checked the hinges, and tightened some. The only part which I was disappointed in was when I called, the person who took the call, gave me a slightly different price. It would be nice if I could just get an estimate first! But I don't think anyone does this without charging for the service call. It ended up costing $850., but Zac also made sure that I got a few discounts. As I said-Zac was terrific. And, the garage door works great, and is actually quieter.

Tom was the best. The reviews on this website are correct, he was 15 minutes early for the appointment window, called ahead and was very polite and professional. He gave me options to consider before hand, and once I decided to replace the garage door opener and balance the door he was done in about an hour. My door is much more quiet, and the new system has a lot more features than the old model. I appreciate the great service.

Not only did the repairman repair my broken door, it now works and sounds better that it ever did when it was installed new 4 years ago. He quoted me a price prior to the work and was amenable to additional service on my other door. He was in and out in 30 minutes and did an exceptional job. I would recommend them without reservation. Precision was very professional from the first call to the technician arriving on time. Donnovan was the technician and did an excellent job for us. One spring on the garage door broke the night before and I contacted Precision shortly after 7am. They were out and had it fixed same day by about 9:30am.
