I called fairly late in the day and Zac came to my aid. I could not lift my garage door because the spring had broke. He came and repaired it and never seemed to be in a hurry. Great service and great company. I have been using Precision for a number of years.

Luke was very friendly. even though I called to have someone come out and measure for a new garage door to replace the damaged one. Luke said he could fix the problem by replacing the tracks and a lower cross brace which would straighten out the bottom panel. It works great, you can't tell from the outside and other than a few wrinkles to the metal inside...it's not that noticeable. Thanks Luke for saving us thousands of dollars!!!!

Our garage door froze shut during this Arctic cold snap. We have used Precision Garage Door before, and chose to use them again.
