Zac Bedard was the technician who did the service. He arrived within the time window specified. Zac diagnosed the door opener as unable to remember the remotes anymore. He was upfront about how he could not fix my garage door opener on his first visit and what the options were for replacing our door opener. He did offer to come back later if he could which is rare to be offered. Instead, he came back the next day and did a complete inspection of the door, rails and cables as well as installed the new door opener. He showed us the highlights of the new opener and cleaned up so well it was as if he had not ever been here. Zac is friendly and knowledgeable and I would call for him again.

We will be using Precision Door Service again! We had trouble with our garage doors absorbing water when it rains. Another garage door service company said the only way to fix it was to install new doors also at an exorbitant price. After calling Precision, Tom looked at our doors and came up with a solution to the problem that will give our doors a much longer life at a fraction of the cost to replace them. We very much appreciate Tom’s creative and honest approach, how he communicated with us and quickly made the repair, and all for such a reasonable cost. Thanks again, Tom for fixing our doors!

The spring on my door broke and they got a tech out within 2 days to make the repair. He showed up on time and fixed the entire door within the designated time. The door is smooth and quite now. This is the second time (different door) we have had Precision Garage Door out to do repairs for us and they are amazing.

Brian did a great job repairing our old garage door. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced springs, cables and rollers. Door works great. Like the 3 year warranty on parts.

Brian fixed our garage door spring in less than an hour! He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that he called in advance with an ETA and arrived even earlier than originally requested (which was great because our only car was held hostage by the garage door that would not open). Brian explained the issue throughly and I immediately felt comfortable with the solution. He also recommended some additional repairs that didn't need immediate resolution - helpful to know! On top of that, Brian was a super friendly and interesting person... Fellow metal fan! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will plan on calling them in the future!

What an amazing experience! Tom was timely, friendly and extremely efficient. He came for a spring replacement and a new garage door opener and saw mistakes made by prior installers and quickly resolved the issues. Was not pushy in selling any additional parts. Overall would highly recommend to anyone with any type of garage door problems.

The spring on my door broke one evening. I did a Google search and Precision had great reviews. I called them at 5:30 PM. Zac came out the next day to fix the problem. Although Zac was running slightly behind, Precision representatives called to inform me. Zac gave me options and an estimate before doing the work, and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. Great service. I recommend.
