All went very well! James was great and very professional. Was surprised to find he was able to come out shortly after I called. The young woman who took the order was also very friendly and proficient. Broken spring and rollers were replaced and the creaky groaning sounds are now gone. Precision did some work on this door several years ago so that's why I called them first. So refreshing to have something go this smoothly and quickly. Now......if I could only find an auto repair shop or mobile mechanic that would be this good that could fix my Mustang!

Have seen the commercials for Precision Door Service for some time and when we had need to have our garage door opener repaired, they immediately came to mind. Originally scheduled an appointment for the next morning but received a call informing us of an appointment that afternoon and gladly accepted. I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work from Precision. The technician James was so kind and explained everything to me prior to starting the work. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs too! He even helped me move back a very heavy table on wheels that we had already moved out of the way...and not only that he programmed the garage door opener in my car that had not been working either! Top notch! While noone wants their garage door to break and unfortunately mine did after hours on a Thurs night leaving me no choice but to cut the cables to secure my garage and house, I now know who to call if something like this happens again!

Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Mainly, they came out on a Sunday & fixed my broken garage door spring so that it worked again. The technician James was great. Communicated well & let me know in advance of his arrival which was at the earliest time of the window we'd been given. He was clear about what the problem was, what it would cost to repair, and what he'd do to fix it. Offered choices on things I could do maintenance on.
