Very pleased with James and he did great job. Not happy with scheduling appointment. Given appointment for between 4 and 6. No one showed up and I called back at 6 to see if still coming and told they would check on and no one called me back and no one showed up. Since I didn't hear back the next morning I called back and was given another time and was told someone from management would get back with me on what happened. Never heard back from anyone. Did get the work done but not sure if I will use again. I know things happen but for someone not to contact me is not professional

My garage door was stuck closed. I called Precision early Sunday morning. James arrived before noon. He identified and fixed the problem, inspected the system, made a few adjustments and was gone within an hour for the minimum charge. What a pleasant surprise. No major problems. Quick and friendly service but did not solve our issue. I live in a newer home with a side-mount garage door opener for a single-car garage. The technician recommended I contact Ankmar Door Service or Overhead door to resolve my issue because Precision Door does not have the expertise to work on side mount openers. Again, friendly service.... but I was left feeling like I wasted $75.00 on a service fee which resulted in just being referred to more capable companies.

I called Precision for my annual garage door inspection. Everything went smoothly, the technician was very knowledgeable, and I was completely satisfied with the visit. This is five star service. A garage door spring broke again and on the same side. I decided to call Precision this time and they got me on the schedule immediately. In fact, they where even able to arrive sooner than promised. James arrived and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. I gave him the approval to proceed with the recommended work. I watched him do the whole job and I don't believe he made a single movement without a specific purpose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I am a handicapped senior and consequently am now able to repair this kind of situation myself. I would use Precision again and may even ask that James comes to do the work.

Great customer service! We called Precision at 5 on a Friday to fix a broken lift spring. Our garage door system was installed in 1999 and everything was falling apart. James came on Saturday. He was efficient and good to work with. We recommend Precision.

Sunday Morning, Time to leave, Garage door will not open, reason broken lift Spring. We started using "Precision" in 2012 when we purchased our home, door needed repair then , again in 2015 when motor unit and spring both failed. We had no additional repairs in the follow 7 years until today. So we called Precision again. Visit was scheduled for Sunday afternoon, and James Rubesne was ID'd as our repair Tech. He called as promised to advise "on his way as scheduled" and arrived as promised. James obviously knew how to ID and repair the problem. Discussed what needed to be done with me, and the cost. of the repairs. He completed the repair and alignment process very smoothly in a reasonable period of time. Great job Done. I was glad we called Precision again.
