I have a very old (65+ years) and very heavy garage door for which I contacted Precision for a garage door tune-up. First-off, I was pleasantly surprised at their schedule availability. Then, the technician, Zac, was great! He was very professional and thorough both with the garage door tune-up/inspection and taking me through what he did and any recommendations he had. He was very transparent and honest about what the garage door might need to improve safety (nothing immediately, fortunately) as well as what indicators to look for that might mean specific parts are wearing out. Great value for the money. I'll definitely call Precision again for anything related to my garage door.

Precision came on a Saturday and within 2 hours of my call. Nick was extremely professional and fixed our garage door so it functioned again. It is old and defiantly needs to be replaced. We need a new one sooner than later and will defiantly go with Precision as my experience with them has always been positive

I called Precision a while back and my problem was so small that the person who came fixed it in a minute or two and didn't charge me. I was so impressed that I called again and this time a young man who was very pleasant came early in the time that I expected him. It was an easy fix but he checked my garage opener and fixed some things I didn't know were a problem and told me my garage door was in good shape. He didn't say it wouldn't break later but said it was as good as it could be. I was very impressed.

Nick helped service my broken garage door today. I have used Precision in the past and have been pleased with the service. I was incredibly impressed today with all parts of the process. I called as soon as my door broke this morning, Sheri helped me set up the appointment (they had same day availability), and then the tech Nick was able to come early, which was great. He was incredibly polite and professional, and clearly walked me through what he found and what my options were. To have all of this happen and be resolved within the same half of one day is impressive! We will continue to use Precision for all of our future needs. We ended up replacing springs, cables, some bearings, and rollers. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a sticker of your business by our garage door opener and we guessed that you had repaired the garage door previous to our owning the house. Not knowing another garage door service, we called you. You repairmen were able to come out the next morning, which was nice since we couldn't get the car out of the garage. James and Lucas came out and surveyed the problem, gave us an estimate, and fixed the broken spring and replaced some old parts, all in a matter of about an hour. They were very knowledgable of all the working parts of the garage door opener and they were very professional and personable. We feel like we got very good service. Thank you so much. My warranty of five years was four months expired. But Bill saw the problems I was having and fixed them.
