Jessie came out yesterday, diagnosed my problem, didn't try to sell me the most expensive system, was very professional and engaging.

First day of Labor Day weekend and the garage door quits in the open position. So it wasn't the spring. Popped the pin so the door would close and started phoning for garage door repair. Precision answered on a holiday weekend and fixed the door and the weekend wasn't spoiled after all.

One of the tension springs had broken on my garage door. Jessie was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went. The springs were replaced, a few other worn parts needed replaced as was discovered in his thorough inspection. All needed parts were on his truck. I am planning on replacing this entire door next year and will use Precision Door Service without a doubt.

Josh came out and did a fantastic job! Communication is what i look for in a company, and it was good. The only hiccup I had was I needed service on Sunday and Josh said he was the only guy working. He had to cover all the jobs himself so ran about an hour and half over the time window that was given. No big deal to me. I'd recommend Precision. Thank you for the great service!

I chose Precision due to the ratings and reviews on line and was not disappointed. I received same day service during the promised two hour window. A very nice young man knew what he was doing, showed me what was shot and what was worn, and why. I received three options, one to just make it work again, the second to also replace parts showing obvious wear that probably still had a few years left, and a third for near full restoration. He finished within an hour of my approving the middle quote. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the young man who did the work is someone I'd be thrilled to hire for my business.

My garage door spring broke, I called Precision. My technician was Jessie. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and courteous. He had it repaired and also looked at the other door and pointed out that the cable was frayed and could snap. He returned the next day and took care of that. I would recommend Precision and Jessie for any garage repairs.

The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He had to order parts due to the size and weight of my doors. He kept me informed and showed up a couple of days later to install the spring cables and adjust the doors. The doors work perfectly (first time in years) and are adjusted perfect. Great service. Prompt, professional, courteous. Don't think our gears were shredded on our old motor, but decided to replace it because our garage door motor was 17 years old and we were having problems with the remotes in our cars and the keypad opener. Jesse had a new motor and all accessories and installed it immediately. It's belt driven and unbelievably quiet. Love our new garage door opener! Thank you!
