After driving out of the garage I couldn't close the door. After coming back an hour later, I tried to figure out what the problem was. I couldn,t find anything so looked up garage door repair on-line and found Precision listed with good ratings. Zac came out and looked it over and found the problem, it needed a new motor. He had brought with him the whole assembly which was like mine and had it installed in about an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I could not believe it was done so quick. Also, the office staff was great in taking care of my needs so quickly and professionally.

Hi, Ben, The original door was a Precision installed door, so we inherited the info when we bought the house. For me...the professionalism and courtesy of the tech stood out. Plus he drove from Estes in a blinding snow storm keeping me informed as to his time of arrival. He installed spring, gears etc since the bearings were shot. All good!
