Donovan and Mark were awesome! When they got here, I described the problem and it wasn’t necessarily a simple/straightforward solution. They both explained everything to me so it made sense and still fixed the garage door in about 20 minutes. Afterwards, they walked me through the repairs and explained everything they did. Definitely was impressed with their speed, and as a first time homeowner I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything to me.

I looked for a company in my area and saw Precision listed. I called for a service appointment as garage door would not open. I tried troubleshooting on my own to no avail. James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. He installed a new opener unit in less than an hour and the peace of mind of not being locked out or locked IN is satisfying.

I called two other garage door companies before I came upon Precision. The first one didn't even answer the phone (couldn't leave a voice mail even) and the second one never called back. When I called Precision, I was able to speak to a live person, and explain my problem. I was able to make an appointment the next day. Prior to the end of business that day I got a call from a technician leaving a voice mail message that he thought he had an easy fix for my garage door. I was unable to get back with him that day. The next day a technician arrived from Precision and was able to solve my problem immediately. My garage door now works and because it was a simple fix the technician did not even bill me a service fee. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN ANYMORE THESE DAYS? CALL PRECISION IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAIR, AND HAS INTEGRITY.

Garrett and his trainee arrived earlier than scheduled for a spring repair. They did a full inspection and with my approval replaced all the rollers, bearings, pulleys and cables. Donovan and Mark were amazing. They arrived early for my service with bright smiling faces. They went through and explained the initial inspection and once completed explained, in detail, what was needed for repair. The team went over and beyond to ensure everything was in tack and working up to standards. During the inspection we were informed that we needed a new motor as well. So that was also replaced. Once the repair was complete they explain again, in detail, what was completed and how the new motor operates. My husband and I are very happy with the results! Completely satisfied with my transaction with this company - Called on a Saturday morning, thinking I would have to wait until sometime the following week for someone to check on my non-functioning garage door opener, but to my surprise they said someone could come out that afternoon - Well, Tom did, and in about one minute found the problem, but the old 21 year unit was non-repairable - and, he didn't have the parts with him - But, Monday afternoon he was back, and within an hour the new unit was installed, tested and operable = As mentioned above, completely satisfied - the cost was reasonable, and the timeliness of the repair was remarkable - So, very pleased - Byron

In short, I would call Zac the guru of garage doors! He diagnosed my problems (note problems plural) very quickly - the door and hardware is over 20 years old. And I was surprised he could repair my door on the spot. It took him less than 2 hours and all is working well. I highly recommend Zac and Precision.
