We had just moved back to Colorado from two years in Mexico and our garage door was just not working the way it should and one day it didn't go up all the way and I drive into the door dislodging one of the rollers and bending the door. Called Precision and Tom came out the next day fixed the roller and re-secured the bottom trim and straightened the door. The best part was I only paid for a service charge. Tom was great and pleasant to deal with. He also recommended a better garage door, which be an upcoming purchase. Awesome company to deal with.

Overall very good service. Technician was Rick. I do not know his last name. He was on time and efficient since I called for an emergency repair so I could get to work. Only complaint is that contrary to what the website indicated he was not in a marked vehicle nor in an identifying uniform. I would use you all again.

I originally found Precision in the Yellow Pages years ago when I wanted to install an automatic garage door opener. You have been servicing my garage door needs since. On this occasion an entire piece of spring had come off. Robert, the technician, recommended that all the mechanical parts for the door be replaced. He quoted me an estimate along with pointing out the five-year warranty. I agreed. He set to work and the job was completed in no time. I was impressed not only with the speed of the installation (I had a crowded schedule that day), but with the fact that he had everything needed with him to complete the job. Orginally Robert was just going to install 2 new springs and replace some bearings and such. After he had done all that, the old garage door opener was not performing well, so I asked if he had time to install a new one and just have it all done at once, even though we had not requested that at the start of our appointment. My garage door needed repair. I called Precision. They scheduled to come out the next morning. But within 10 minutes of my call, a technician called to say he could come by in the next 15 minutes. He came when he said, fixed the door, did not oversell me (he could have sold me extra cross pieces and i wouldn't have known, but he assured me one would be enough). Price was reasonable. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. And he had the parts right on the truck. I think these folks know what they're doing. I'd use them again.
