Greg came out to replace our broken spring. He was prompt and very informative. Changed both springs which he advised. The door is so quiet, seems to open and close so much better. Although after leaving, I noticed a gap under one side of the door like it wasn't level, I call the office and they sent Greg back after his current call. Greg said it was a minor adjustment and proceeded to fix. He did in about 3min, awesome job! Thanks to your company and the fine service you provide.

We had a new garage opener installed. The technician was very fast and efficient... did a very good job. The only thing we forgot to ask about was what happened to our old opener--we assume the technician took it with him but forgot to ask. Do you recycle it?

Greg did an amazing job. Originally, I thought I needed a new garage door opener and a repair to the top panel of the garage door itself. Greg assessed what was wrong and just repaired the gears in the existing opener, fixed and reinforced the door and changed the rollers and saved me a couple of hundred dollars too. I whole heartily recommend Precision.

Precision Door Service was everything it promised to be. Two hours after calling, Greg was at my door, analyzed the problem plus a couple I didn't see, fixed everything and my garage door was quiet and good as new within an hour. I could not ask for better service!

Precision responded within an hour and half from the time I called. The job was completed within an hour after that. The technician (Bill Nashwinter) was informitive, efficient, and courteous. Precision performed a new opener (motor) install 8 yrs. ago (w/keypad,etc.). Same great service; which is why I called them again this time. The cost, I felt was very reasonable. In this day and age of corporate monopolies, it's good to have a local (franchise) company with great personal sevice and products. I hope I don't "NEED" them again but I'm certainly glad they were there now and I would stongly recommend them to anyone who does!
