Had springs replaced in Feb., door adj, by Tom. All operated well, till this Oct., called for appt to get the door looked at, it would not roll up completely, not close properly. Tom came out at agreed upon time, made several adj., then operated door which ran smoothly. NO CHARGE. FAB, other companies more than likely would have charged for this, again FAB treatment by Precision

Greg was excellent. He knew immediately that it was the motor and he could fix it for $180. He said the opener should last 40 years. He lubricatered everything. I can't say enough . He was great and I certainly will call again and ask for Greg.

5 stars to Precision! We live in Broomfield and Tom was our technician. We received next-day service on a Saturday, which was particularly impressive since our need was not an emergency. Tom called to let us know exactly when he would arrive, was prompt, and resolved our issues readily. Tom's knowledge and expertise with garage doors, openers, keypads was excellent. We recommend Precision wholeheartedly.

I had Precision repair my garage door in 2003 after a another company tried to fix it. Precision fixed it. Recently a had a spring break. I called Precision on Thurs. pm, made an appointment for sat. They followed up with an email telling me the sked. Sat at 800a got a call telling me they were a block away. Service was performed in 30 minutes. Price was very fair. I have told friends a neighbors about Precision. They are great and do what they say. DO USE THEM! ALSO, THEY DID A SAFETY ON BOTH THE DOORS. once again.

The tech that was scheduled to repair my broken torsion spring was professional and very detailed. He arrived 30 minutes early, was completely prepared to do all the work. He let us know every step before he took it and was upfront about the costs and ways to save money and remain safe. My garage door was fixed within 1 hour. I would highly recommend!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon at around 5, the receptionist was very professional, took the information needed, type of door and what was wrong and was able to get me an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Greg showed up right on time, quickly resolved the problem and I gave him the go ahead to repair. Without any time lost, parts were on the truck and the job was done. He even identified another possible problem on my other door that will need to be addressed sometime in the future. I will definitely stay with Precision Garage Door! Thank you Greg!

I had my garage door repaired recently. They did both spring repair and roller replacements. I think the repair tech was very knowledgeable and the garage door is working better than ever. Both schedulers and techs are professional and friendly. My only negative comment is that my repair was scheduled for between noon and 2 and repairman did not arrive until after scheduled time.

Quick response! Technician was early every day and had me up and running in no time! Replaced both springs, all the rollers and replaced my garage door opener. Put a new Lift Master torque drive on and I couldn't be happier. Cost more for the tongue drive, but it is sooooo quiet! Nice job!

Tom did a awesome job. I had to have more than just the main spring replaced but in the end it was worth it. Was told they would arrive between 11 and 12. Tom called and got there at 9:15. Awesome for me. Door works great.

I would give Precision 10 starts if it was an option. The technicians, the service and the final result after a routine check of our two garage doors was excellent--far beyond the norm for service. The techs are very knowledgeable, tidy as they work, show superior workmanship and know exactly what needs to be done. They are either a few minutes early or right on time, but called before they came to make sure we were home. I can't say enough great things about Precision. I just wish other businesses cared as much about their customers as Precision. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!!!!

The tech was on time and very courteous. Called because of faulty garage door opener the tech reprogrammed it and checked the door itself and did not charge me. Explained why and left. Very pleased. Would really recommend not because of the no charge but they no what their doing. Thank you so much

FIVE STAR PLUS. This is the second time this year that I have needed Garage Door work, Tom replaced the rollers and tuned these doors earlier and now the Big spring in one broke yesterday.
