He was thorough, explained what he was doing thoroughly, and was easy to talk to. He inspected two doors, and replaced a spring, bearings and rollers, drums on one door. The second door needed no repair.

Best service from these folks! Repair man called to see if he could come by EARLY...unlike a lot of service company's folks who are late and don't call to tell you they're going to be late. Garrett was professional and courteous and once he did the repairs, took the time to show me ways to extend the life of my opener. Highly recommend this company.

The main spring failed on my double garage door on a Friday afternoon. I called at 530, and scheduled an appointment for 8-10 on Saturday. Donovan Called right at 8 and was there by 830. The door was fully repaired by 930. I was very impressed with Donavan's professionalism, and the door performs better than ever with new springs, bearings, and rollers. I really appreciated getting the door operational less than 24 hours after it failed.

Amazing, quick, and professional service. We'd managed to hit the garage door with the paddleboard on the roof of the suv. Not only did Tom do the fix extremely quickly, he didn't try to sell us on any upgrades or extras - he just did his job and did a great job of it. Found Precision on Google, coordinated their service using their website Chat feature, showed up as promised and fixed my broken spring in 1 1/2 hours. All good and we're very happy. Considering their "transparency" claim, I was surprised to learn that there's a $65 trip charge, which the Chat person never disclosed. The charge is okay, but I really think that their Chat service should also demonstrate transparency. So, fair warning: Every service call is $65/trip.

I called at 1pm and the technician was here at 2:30 and had our door repaired 30 minutes later. Technician Bobby explained what needed to be done and the price. He had the parts with him so there wasn’t any waiting for them to be ordered and another trip to be scheduled. This is the second or third time we have called and have never had to wait very long for them to show up. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

This morning my wife returned from the garage and said she thought we had a problem since the garage door would go up a couple feet and reverse. We can't get the cars out if the garage door only goes up 2 feet. I tried to muscle it up further.I puled on the release chord. No way would it go higher, so I called Precision and they had someone out 3 hours later to replace the springs and bearings. The door works fine now. They also installed the garage door opener 3 years ago, and it still works like a charm.
