My car was trapped in my garage because my garage door would not open up enough to get my car out. I called Precision Door because I could not get the service I had used before to come for several days. Precision Door said they would come the same day and they did. The serviceman had already put in a full days work when he arrived about 6:45 pm. He was not sure he had all the parts to repair the door. The serviceman worked until 8 PM and got my door working. He first manually opened the door so I could get the car out since I had an early appointment the next morning. The serviceman was courteous and knowledgable. However the door has started making a loud popping noise. I called yesterday and Precision Door is sending someone out today to check out the door.I am confident they will fix the proble.

I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.

I called Precision for a broken door spring as my wife's car was stuck inside. It sure is nice when a company gets you in fast, shows up on time and knows what they are doing. Precision's work was fast and skillful and before they started, gave me a quote and explained the estimate. They patched the spring to quickly get my wife's car out, then did the repair. Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the tech.

One of the heavy coil springs failed suddenly, and we called Precision Garage Door for help. They arranged for one of their technicians to come out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with several options to improve door performance for our door which he said was in very good condition overall. I called Precision, as a satisfied repeat customer.....last service was 2011. I spoke with Candace, on Fri. Jan 15, 2021. Within an hour, Zac Bedard, responded and not only replaced a worn out 17 year old keypad outside of my garage door. He did a 25 pt safety inspection. It's been 10 years....Zac was able to show me a number of issues that needed preemptive action....no pressure....he replaced the worn parts....and tightened areas that had become loose over time.
