I cannot say enough positive remarks about the service that I have received from Precision Door Service in the past several weeks! The technician arrived as scheduled, showed me the reason that my garage door wasn't working and didn't charge me for the visit! Once it was because my door opener was in lock position and today because the door was frozen to the ground. Without doubt I will purchase my replacement garage door opener when needed from them!

My garage door was frozen to the cement and I did not realize it. When I opened it the metal strip along the top bent the whole right side. I called Precision at about 8:30 A.M. and got an appointment for between 12:00 - 2:00 the same day. Tom was early and by 11:15 it was fixed. I am really pleased with the service and the price. Thank you from a 79 year old women.

What a great experience! I called about my garage door opener not working correctly and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out right away. Tom arrived and was thorough in his assessment. I did need a new opener, so he quickly got it installed. He's very knowledgeable, professional, clearly knows what he's doing and was personable too. He did a great job. The cost of the new opener and accessories was, in my opinion, very reasonable. I really appreciate the little "extra niceties" too - in particular, I received a call this morning telling me that Tom would get there on the far side of my 8 to 10 am window and then received a call from Tom to let me know his arrival time, which was pretty much exactly what I had been told. Those extra steps to make sure I knew the status of Tom's arrival allowed me to plan for that two-hour period without "wondering" if I could start a project or not. I highly recommend this company.

Checked out the reviews and ratings. I called around noon on Friday because the spring has broke on my garage door. Tim the tech was at my house an hour later and the door was repaired within 45 minutes. Price was fair, tech was courtesy and my door was fixed. An overall good experience.

When the spring on my old garage door opener broke, I asked my neighbor who he had used to fix his door and he highly recommended Precision to me. I'm glad he did because when Tom came out and looked at it he knew exactly what needed to be done and did it very quickly and efficiently. I am a return customer and will recommend you to my friends. The next morning service was incredible. The service man was prompt in fact early which was really appreciated. One thing you might tell your service people...it would be reallly helpful if they would write down rhe model and product number so I didn't have to climb the ladder to get it. I was oping it would be on the invoice but I didn't see it.

Precision is my go-to for garage door service. Tom Lathrop came once before because the hatch door on my car blocked the garage door. He didn't even charge me! This time Tom replaced the opener. He arrived early and the work was done quickly. Replacing an opener just before Christmas is painful, but Tom mitigated the pain by his prompt and cheerful service.

I needed routine maintenance for both of our garage doors, and I called Precision. Within two hours, one of their service technicians, Tom, texted me that he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, assessed the maintenance of both garage doors, completed the job, and provided great feedback on how to keep doors lubricated. Being professional, reliable, and courteous are three traits that are hard to come by, and Tom exhibited all three!

I called this morning with a broken spring and Tom was repairing my door within 2 hours. He was he fast and efficient in his replacement of the springs. He also recognized defects made in the original installation. There were frozen spring bearings, a broken hinge, and door runner wheels that were worn because they had no bearings. The spring support bar was too high resulting in mechanical stress to door movement. A track support bar needed to be stabilized. He was personable and explained what repairs were needed and why. He had the tools, parts and expertise to correct those defects. This is the first time that the garage door has fit flush with the floor. I suspect that repairs saved me from having to replace the door.

One of the springs failed a couple years after Precision replaced it. I called and in a little over an hour they came to replace it. Of course there was a service charge of $75, but, the part was free. Prompt and knowledgeable.
