Very fast, efficient and professional! My garage opener died this morning at about 11. By 1:30 I had a new one installed and working perfectly! Tom was great and diligent! Normally I would have done it myself but with the cold weather a few hours away it was worth the extra money to get it done promptly! Plus The new opener was a great upgrade from my old chain drive! Highly recommend Precision!

Excellent company! They came within a couple of hours of my call. We never noticed that there was something blocking our sensor but as soon as the tech came he checked that first. He left in 5 minutes and never even charged us for coming! We were very impressed and will be telling others about them.

Called another company on Sunday, they said that I would be contacted on Monday morning to schedule a time. Called them again at 9am on Monday and was told the same thing. I called Precision at 11am after not being contacted by other company. I was scheduled for 4pm the same day. Tech contacted me and was able to arrive at 2:30. The job was completed by 3:30 and everything is working fine. I did finally hear from the other company after 4pm. To let them know they missed out.

Tom was our technician, and he was great. He looked at the garage door and had several suggestions to make sure our repair was complete. We discussed the reason, parts, and price for his suggestions, and I agreed with his recommendation. The repairs were completed quickly, and he went over the work completed after he was done. Precision Garage Doors is the best! When I called, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Tom arrived exactly on schedule and quickly, efficiently re-programmed 1 new and my 2 existing door openers plus the wall mounted box. When my garage door was stuck yesterday, Tom from Precision arrived quickly and was very helpful. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a good overall view of what was broken and what it would need to fix it. I expected it to take a while. Precision replaced by garage door opener a year or so ago. It was during COVID and they were able to get what I wanted when backorders were common. I don't recall now how I selected them but I'm speculating it had to do with their reviews because I do a good job researching before I hire. I had them back out because my opener was clicking and not the whisper quiet I was used to. It was a minor adjustment and they covered it under the warranty. I've had a great experience with the service they provide. Thanks Tom and Precision.

Great job fixing my lower sensor on one of our garage doors. No more getting out of the car to close the door, which I've been doing for the past year! I posted a request on the website this weekend, and they called first thing Monday morning. All is fixed and I am happy!

All of our technicians are professionally trained and certified to evaluate all workings parts of your door as well as the opener and make recommendations before doing any work. Your safety inspection shows not only broken springs but severely worn end bearings, center bearing as well as worn rollers and you chose to do all the bearings as well as both springs. With exhausted supply lines and the rising cost of materials, you will find we have very competitive pricing in this job market. Perhaps not the least expensive but certainly not the most expensive.
