My garage door spring broke yesterday. I called Precision a 6pm and got service at 8am the next day. The repair professional (Lucas) was courteous, efficient and came with all necessary replacement items. The person who took my call and scheduled the service was way low on the estimate for the spring cost of between $200 and 400. Lucas showed up and assessed the issue and then called Lift Master support where the lady verified what the problem was. She ordered the part and also was able to find a discount for the part. Lucas and Lift Master support did what they could to save dollars on the repair. I was very impressed with the honesty of Lucas and you most likely gained a customer for life! I don’t see the option below but I purchased a circuit board for the opener.
