We were very pleased with the service that we received from James. We called Precision Door because our garage was not closing properly. He was prompt and courteous. He reattached the driveshaft to the belt and I told him about a problem with the sun reflecting on the sensors. He took extra time to switch the sensor so the door would close during the peak sunlight.

I went To the Internet, your company had a very good rating. Also it was a Sunday and I saw there was no up charge for a weekend. We have been having some issues with the garage door opener. Saturday evening the rope broke and we had to open the garage door manually.

During this cold spell, the main spring for our garage door snapped. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. The service was prompt, professional, and fair priced. The work is guaranteed for a year. Our technician, James, was very clear about what was wrong and needed to done. He completed the work efficiently, replaced the main spring, and fine turned the door & opener so that they work better than they ever did before. Same day service as advertised! James arrived soon after I called to fix my jacked up garage door.
