First of all, Precision has a professionally looking website. Of course, I read the reviews for customers in my area and was pleased with those. Short answer to my satisfaction - I couldn't be more pleased! Tom was on time and immediately determined that my (only) four year old Genie crap opener had a failed component in the circuit board related to the limits setting. I asked him to replace both of my openers with the excellent Liftmaster 1/2HP belt drive openers. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Tom installed everything needed for both openers, programmed the remotes and the Homelink in my car. Tom is knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend both Tom and Precision!!

I called Precision at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and they were at my house in 45 minutes and had the door fixed in less than an hour. They were professional, told me what needed to be done, fixed the problem and cleaned up. Their service was A+.

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday @ 10:30 am. We called Precision door service informing them both cars were stuck inside with no way to open door. They had a appt for Monday 8 am . We were happy, than Bill called and said they could be there Sunday @2:30. Donavan showed up on time , was professional and had the door working in about 90 min. Tom was very efficient in finding that problem and communicate that of the door could only be fixed by the manufacturing company. However, he left the door working and to my surprise, he did not charge for it. I admired Tome honesty and customer service qualities. My appointment was between 10:00 and 12:00. Tom called me around 8:20 and said he could be at my house just before 9:00, which worked out better for my schedule. Today he installed a new sensor. He was also out last year to install a new Spring. He definitely knows what he is doing and does quality work! I won't go anywhere else for garage door repairs.

MY ORIGINAL APPT. WAS FOR BETWEEN 12-2.. TOM CALLED ME AROUND 7:30 A.M. AND SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8 A.M. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME..HE WAS HERE PROMPTLY AT 8 A.M. HE IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT I HAD A BROKEN SPRING..THE BEARINGS NEEDED TO REPLACED AS WELL..I ASKED HIM HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND HE SAID 45 MIN.. IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 35 MIN.. Tom arrived a couple of hours after our first call to install a new garage door opener. He took only about an hour to install the new unit along with an external key pad. Very courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. I clicked on the 5-Star icon but didn't see any change so I hope that part of my review is received.

Mr. Tom Lathrop installed a new garage opener. He called before arriving and arrived within a few minutes of his estimated arrival time. Not only did he install the opener but he also adjusted the tension springs and repaired the attaching rod to the door which had been damaged. Tom lubricated all hinges and cleaned up and removed the scrap parts. He was finished in less that an hour. Great job.
