Two garage door hinges broke this Monday morning! Couldn't get service from other places for 2-3 days. Precision scheduled us for 3-5 that afternoon. But a tech was in the area around 11:00 a.m., and took the initiative fit us in at 11:30. Done in 15 minutes. No babysitting an open garage for the rest of the day! GOOD, quick service at a reasonable fee.

We are extremely happy with Precision Garage Door Rrpair. They have done several repairs for us the latest being a garage door spring replacement. Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!

My door was mis-aligned, sensors out, and went up and down on its own. I thought for sure I was going to need a new garage door opener installed. The technician came out readjusted the sensors, reprogramed the outside touch pad and set up an additional opener. then he adjusted the upper springs. My garage door has never run so quietly and smoothly, not even when I moved in and the house was new. Thank you very much.The technician was very nice and polite. He arrived early to begin his work.
