Completely satisfied with my transaction with this company - Called on a Saturday morning, thinking I would have to wait until sometime the following week for someone to check on my non-functioning garage door opener, but to my surprise they said someone could come out that afternoon - Well, Tom did, and in about one minute found the problem, but the old 21 year unit was non-repairable - and, he didn't have the parts with him - But, Monday afternoon he was back, and within an hour the new unit was installed, tested and operable = As mentioned above, completely satisfied - the cost was reasonable, and the timeliness of the repair was remarkable - So, very pleased - Byron

Excellent company! They came within a couple of hours of my call. We never noticed that there was something blocking our sensor but as soon as the tech came he checked that first. He left in 5 minutes and never even charged us for coming! We were very impressed and will be telling others about them.

Same day service and was great! I tried to install a key pad I purchased from a big box store and I screwed up everything! Donovan installed the Lift Master key pad, set up both doors to function properly, reset both our cars and our hand controls. All our bells and whistles work great! Last Sunday the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and by the end of the day I had an appointment for a Monday repair. Tom arrived Monday as planned and promptly repaired my garage door. This may seem ordinary, but I am a high-risk individual who has been in stay-at-home mode for six weeks. Tom was fantastic. He wore mask and gloves and did his best in my crowded garage to maintain social distance. It was, beyond doubt, a five-star performance. Thank you, Tom. Thank you, Precision.
