Last Sunday the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and by the end of the day I had an appointment for a Monday repair. Tom arrived Monday as planned and promptly repaired my garage door. This may seem ordinary, but I am a high-risk individual who has been in stay-at-home mode for six weeks. Tom was fantastic. He wore mask and gloves and did his best in my crowded garage to maintain social distance. It was, beyond doubt, a five-star performance. Thank you, Tom. Thank you, Precision.

Everything was 5 stars other than receiving an email from Ben, the owner, who I couldn't reach via email (it was a no-reply address), just a request for my feedback. Disappointed that I couldn't reply to him before doing the survey. Tom (Service Tech) was amazing! He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me an option for repair or replacement. I chose replacement. My unit was old and was obviously on it's last leg. I got the one with WiFi and app and probably shouldn't have. I'm a bit techno-lame and all that stuff is SO challenging for me. I was brave and went out to my garage following all the prompts but am unsuccessful in setting up the WiFi. So, it looks like I have the quietest garage door and opener in the neighborhood but just don't have access to the WiFi technology that I obviously paid for. Let me reiterate, I am completely satisfied with the amazing quality of product, the professionalism of Tom, the replacement of the worn out rollers and the confidence that I won't walk out one morning to go to work and not be able to access my car. Would highly recommend! Just don't opt for the WiFi if you're techno-lame like me! ;-)

Tom was the best. The reviews on this website are correct, he was 15 minutes early for the appointment window, called ahead and was very polite and professional. He gave me options to consider before hand, and once I decided to replace the garage door opener and balance the door he was done in about an hour. My door is much more quiet, and the new system has a lot more features than the old model. I appreciate the great service.

They replaced all parts except the garage door itself. The serviceman did a fast and great job. He was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what it would cost from the beginning. He gave me different options as to what he could do. I decided to have everything put on. He was done in less then two hours. Great job.

The service I received was great!! He was actually a little early which was awesome and was able to fix our garage door in about 15 minuets! He was very professional and upfront with what it may cost to have the door replaced if he couldn't get it back in line. Highly recommended!

Precision did an outstanding job on my garage door. They answered my call on Sunday and penciled me in for Monday morning. As an added bonus, the technician actually called me 45 minutes before showing up and completed the entire job within an hour. Great customer service!

There needs to be a sixth star here. Where to start? First of all, Tom was a breath of fresh air. He came in, took one look at my geriatric spring system, identified everything that was wrong with it and gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote on the spot. He told me exactly how long it would take him, and to tell you the truth, I feel price-wise, I took advantage of him. He didn't try to pitch upgrades or a new system (which I sorely need, but can't afford). I really appreciated his no-nonsense attitude. He got right to work and had everything my system needed to be repaired with him, thus saving our valuable time. I really can't say enough good things about him! I had dealt with a different door servicing company a couple of days before only to run into the technician not showing up, calling 15 minutes after the appointment window, another inexperienced tech coming (with the world's smallest flashlight), telling my system was a pain in his you-know-what, leaving and telling me his boss would call (and never did), etc. etc. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

When my garage door fell and wouldn't reopen, my car was trapped in my garage. Tom arrived in less than an hour after my phone call and quickly and expertly repaired the opener, adjusted my springs, and installed new rollers. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.
