My 30 year old garage door finally gave out so I called Precision and Zac came out to assess the situation. He gave me the facts about my old door and I decided to replace it. Zac helped me pick the door that fit my needs and we set up a time for him to come and replace the door. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time and arrived ready to go to work. Zac is a pro and went right to work. He finished the job in the amount of time that he estimated and everything was cleaned up including the old door and the rails and springs. I am completely satisfied with the new door and the the work involved in installing it. I highly recommend Precision and Zac. George Austin

Second time I had Tyler work on my garage door. First time he replaced the key pad and programmed it for me. This time he replaced the rollers, Springs and Cables. Told me what needed done the three options I had. Explain to me how long it would take, the guarantee. Very professional. 100% would recommend Precision garage door co.

I called one day and was able to book an appointment for the same week on the day and time I wanted. Tyler called to say he was on his way and showed up at the beginning of the window. I needed my garage door repaired and he did a great job. It works perfectly and quietly now. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. Great customer service as well as great technical service.

My garage door broken on Saturday and I couldn't leave that way all weekend. I Googled garage door repair and Precision Garage Door came up. I called and the person that answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She told me that they could get someone out to me between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call at about 20 minutes to 12:00 from Bobby stating he was on his way. Bobby arrived and looked over my door problem, I asked him if he could fix it. And he stated yes, he gave the prices for his service(very reasonable) and started working. I took him right around an hour to complete the job. He had me test the door and it worked perfect. I will call them again with any of my garage needs.

I waited until Monday to call for repair of my garage door opener. 24x7 access is incredible, and I called at 7 a.m. on Monday. Technician available the same day, and he arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes. AND, did not charge me, as the issue was mostly owner-error!

I had the technician come out to fix the opener (it was not working correctly). He was able to do that but unfortunately, found repairs needed on the door. It was more than I was planning on spending, however, he gave me 3 different options and costs for repair and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.

We purchased a new garage door and controller in 2010 from a different company. In the past few years, we have had Precision come out to perform maintenance and repair, having found them on the internet. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. This time, our remote controller was working inconsistently despite a new battery. Bobby from Precision arrived right on time, and after eliminating the variables that might be causing the problem (not wanting to sell us something we didn't need), he determined that we needed a new Liftmaster opener and controllers. He thoroughly tested the new equipment (as did I, from my car), and we are very pleased.
