While cleaning my garage on a Saturday I damaged the sensors. I googled and called Precision door service. Sunday morning Bobby arrived. He was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my system. He even fixed and repaired other items that was wrong. I put this number on speed dial if I have any further issues with my garage.

Donovan was prompt and courteous. He reviewed all parts of our garage door system, explained the current issue with door was due to bad sensors. He replaced the sensors, lubed the tracks and tightened the door. His information about the motor and springs was educational for us.

I chose this company because they respond to calls at anytime. My “emergency “ was on a Sunday afternoon. Got garage door up but wouldn’t close. Great service, very quick response by phone. James The technician that called me back walked me thru some things and we determined that a wire was broken. He advised me how to get the door down and I scheduled an on-site visit for the following morning. Garret the technician who came out called prior to his arrival. He was prompt and resolved my broken wire issue quickly. He didn’t try to “upsell” me and answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. My garage door now works perfectly. I called this morning with a broken spring and Tom was repairing my door within 2 hours. He was he fast and efficient in his replacement of the springs. He also recognized defects made in the original installation. There were frozen spring bearings, a broken hinge, and door runner wheels that were worn because they had no bearings. The spring support bar was too high resulting in mechanical stress to door movement. A track support bar needed to be stabilized. He was personable and explained what repairs were needed and why. He had the tools, parts and expertise to correct those defects. This is the first time that the garage door has fit flush with the floor. I suspect that repairs saved me from having to replace the door.

Best service from these folks! Repair man called to see if he could come by EARLY...unlike a lot of service company's folks who are late and don't call to tell you they're going to be late. Garrett was professional and courteous and once he did the repairs, took the time to show me ways to extend the life of my opener. Highly recommend this company.

Our tech was amazing and so very helpful. I am so sorry that I don't remember his name....but he's from Miami. (Please thank him for us.) He called to see if he could arrive early. We happily said 'yes'. Our garage door went 'wonky' and would only go up a little bit. Both of our remote openers went 'wonky', too. He did exceptional work in a short amount of time. The fee for service was a great value. Will absolutely use this company again for our garage door needs.

Precisions communication is awesome! I got an appointment the same day I called. I was quoted a time but they were able to come out earlier. The service guy came out and fixed my problem. He educated me on the manufacture of the garage door. He was very friendly. I will definitely use this company again!

Didn't have to wait so long for a appointment, Did a great job, fixed it within an hour. Track had come off and caused the bolts to break away from the wall and broke both lift Cables. Happy with the work that was done.

My garage door opener had a catastrophic failure and Precision was able to get a tech out to me in less then 24 hours and replace it. Bobby (the tech) was extremely professional and quick. for something that would have taken me 8-10 hours on my own with multiple trips to the store he was able to complete the job and train me on additional set up within an hour and a half. My second dealing with Precision and I would use them again without hesitation.
