Have used you in the past with great results. Two broken springs and other parts left the door inoperable. Wonderful experience. Called on a Sunday and Garrett came a few hours later. Our spring snapped and car was stuck in the garage. He did an awesome job, the price options and breakdown were straightforward, and he even helped explain/fix our keypads not working since we bought our home recently. I chose them due to the fast response and also no surcharge for being a weekend! Thanks for the great service.

James and his assistant provided outstanding service. Our old garage door opener was overly sensitive to sunlight and would not close with the hand held opener. James evaluated the old opener and made recommendations for including options for an updated system. He also spent extra time ensuring that the operation of the new system was smooth and demonstrating how the new equipment worked. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received.

While cleaning my garage on a Saturday I damaged the sensors. I googled and called Precision door service. Sunday morning Bobby arrived. He was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my system. He even fixed and repaired other items that was wrong. Donovan was prompt and courteous. He reviewed all parts of our garage door system, explained the current issue with door was due to bad sensors. He replaced the sensors, lubed the tracks and tightened the door. His information about the motor and springs was educational for us.

I chose this company because they respond to calls at anytime. My “emergency “ was on a Sunday afternoon. Got garage door up but wouldn’t close. Great service, very quick response by phone. James The technician that called me back walked me thru some things and we determined that a wire was broken. He advised me how to get the door down and I scheduled an on-site visit for the following morning. Garret the technician who came out called prior to his arrival. He was prompt and resolved my broken wire issue quickly. He didn’t try to “upsell” me and answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. My garage door now works perfectly.
