Precision came through for us again! A garage spring broke on a recent Sunday. I called for repairs the following Monday morning and was scheduled for that same day. Robert was our service tech and after determining that a complete overhaul was the best option, made the repairs in less than 45 minutes. He was quick, thorough and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed for future upkeep. I love the fact that you can pull up a picture of the person coming to your home from the website. Precision is the best!

I had concerns about my garage door making a loud noise when opened. I saw a special ad for your inspection and wheel replacement on Amazon Local. I called and was given a very prompt appointment. Robert came out and knew exactly what was making the noise. He fixed it and replaced the wheels. The door is completely silent now. Robert was very nice, efficient, and there was no "high pressure sales" attempts. I appreciated that very much and will call Precision for any future garage door problems. Tom was 30 minutes early and waited for me to get home from work. He explained the options I had for my broken cable as well as suggesting a complete overhaul. I opted for a complete overhaul as the broken cable was not the only issue I had been having. Tom completed the job in about an hour. I have lived in my house for five years and my garage door has never run as smoothly as it does now. I will use Precision Garage again in the future and will also recommend to friends. Orginally Robert was just going to install 2 new springs and replace some bearings and such. After he had done all that, the old garage door opener was not performing well, so I asked if he had time to install a new one and just have it all done at once, even though we had not requested that at the start of our appointment. He said absolutely, he would make time to complete the whole job for us. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how courteous he was. He is a top notch technician. Thank you for a job very well done. We are very happy with the new opener and with Robert!

I chose Precision based on the reviews I read and the fact that you have regular weekend hours. Other companies charge "emergency fees" for Saturday appointments. The person who took my call was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Rick, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also early!! He answered all of my questions and graciously accommodated our 6 year old son while he replaced our rollers and tuned up our old garage door. It's running like new now! From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all of my friends.

Coming home late in the evening our garage door spring broke after the door closed with both cars in the garage. We couldn't open the door to get our cars out. At that hour, Precision was one of the few with 24 hour live person answering personnel. I booked an appointment for 1rst thing in the morning and Rick was here right on time. Within an hour our situation was rectified with a couple of newly installed springs. (2 not 1)The price was a bit of a surprise as apparently we had been quoted pricing for replacing 1 spring instead of two. Despite that, great people!
