Rick performed the repairs on our garage door. I accidentally back into our door knocking it off track and bending the frame. The weather was very cold and the door would not close. I called Rick and he was able to complete most of the repairs that same day, allowing us to close the door. Rick did and excellent job and any issues with our door in the future Rick will be the one I call. Thanks for a great job Rick.

I just want to say I normally will not write a review but this company was great! Let me just say Robert is amazing and very knowledgeable. I called three companies on a Saturday morning and Christine was the most helpful along with being very professionals. The other two companies did not even come close to her customer service! Tom was great. My wife had accidently bumped into one of the runners. It was just enough that the door would not close. Tom simply readjusted and lubricated the door. Problem solved in just a few minutes. It was Christmas eve day and Tom did not even charge us. This is supurb business ethics. I asked him what I owed and he said he was in the Christmas spirit. You people are great! 5 stars.........

Robert did an excellent job, and was very professional. Before he came out, he had me do some trouble-shooting steps to be sure that the visit was needed. Once we established that the sensor was broken, he came over to replace it. He noticed the rollers were starting to have problems, so he replaced that, too. I will recommend your company in the future.

Cable broke when I came home at night, snow the next day. I phoned on a Saturday morning and was able to have someone out that day. I have a single garage door that had been making a lot of noise and when it was cold it would not open. Amazon had a special for Precision Garage Service which I took advantage of the offer. Robert was the technician for our appointment. He stated the issues that were causing the problems. He then gave us options and costs to decide what we wanted to do. We had a new LiftMaster belt & motor installed. The items were not covered under the special offer but they gave us credit toward our purchases Robert completed the job quickly, was very clean and neat.

Robert came out to help us this on both days. Some construction workers removing drywall broke some of the sensor wireing so he was able to get it fixed. Two days later as they were installing the new drywall they messed it up some more. Robert cut into his schedule and installed new wiring and sensers and we kept the drywall guys away from them. Robert is very good at his work and a great guy. 5 Star rating.

Precision came through for us again! A garage spring broke on a recent Sunday. I called for repairs the following Monday morning and was scheduled for that same day. Robert was our service tech and after determining that a complete overhaul was the best option, made the repairs in less than 45 minutes. He was quick, thorough and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed for future upkeep. I love the fact that you can pull up a picture of the person coming to your home from the website. Precision is the best!

I had concerns about my garage door making a loud noise when opened. I saw a special ad for your inspection and wheel replacement on Amazon Local. I called and was given a very prompt appointment. Robert came out and knew exactly what was making the noise. He fixed it and replaced the wheels. The door is completely silent now. Tom was 30 minutes early and waited for me to get home from work. He explained the options I had for my broken cable as well as suggesting a complete overhaul. I opted for a complete overhaul as the broken cable was not the only issue I had been having. Tom completed the job in about an hour. I have lived in my house for five years and my garage door has never run as smoothly as it does now. I will use Precision Garage again in the future and will also recommend to friends.
