Wonderful experience. Called on a Sunday and Garrett came a few hours later. Our spring snapped and car was stuck in the garage. He did an awesome job, the price options and breakdown were straightforward, and he even helped explain/fix our keypads not working since we bought our home recently. PDS sent a technician out in under 24 hours, James was efficient & personable, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, had the parts on hand and resolved the problem in less than an hour. He also did a check of the rest of the garage door, tightening bolts, and making sure everything was safe. I am very happy with Precision, and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Our old garage door came out of its tracks and separated into many pieces. A neighbor recommended PDS and a technician inspected the damage the next day. He found that the door panels were still good and proposed replacing the damaged and worn out parts instead of installing a new door. This would save a substantial amount of time and money. He finished the replacement the next morning to my complete satisfaction.

The spring on the garage door broke at 3:00pm today. I called and was given an appointment for tomorrow. At 3:15 pm Tom the manager called and said he noticed that my car was trapped inside he said he was going to try to get a technician out this afternoon. At 4:15 pm Zach arrived diagnosed the problem presented us with our options for repair and did the repair and had it completed by 6:00 pm. We were very impressed with Precision Garage Door especially with Tom for getting a technician out late in the afternoon and for Zach who was very professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I looked for a company in my area and saw Precision listed. I called for a service appointment as garage door would not open. I tried troubleshooting on my own to no avail. James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. He installed a new opener unit in less than an hour and the peace of mind of not being locked out or locked IN is satisfying.

James and his assistant provided outstanding service. Our old garage door opener was overly sensitive to sunlight and would not close with the hand held opener. James evaluated the old opener and made recommendations for including options for an updated system. He also spent extra time ensuring that the operation of the new system was smooth and demonstrating how the new equipment worked. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received.

In my attempt to program my cars I accidentally unprogrammed my remote and my wall button. Bill talked me through it for 15 minutes on the phone and fixed all of my issues including programming my cars. And now i’m out of the doghouse !

We have a 1000 lb wooden garage door that had multiple issues and was stuck closed with my husband's car held "hostage" inside. We called Precision and Zac came out right away to evaluate. With his schedule tight, he still managed to get all the needed custom parts and show up in 24 hrs to install new parts-(springs, rollers, cables, etc) and free our car. We feel so fortunate that Zac was our technician. Zac is clearly knowledgeable, Intense about his work, skillful creative, professional reliable-and.. an all around really nice guy. I was extremely pleased with all of our interactions and a job well done!

My garage door opener had some issues after a previous install by subcontractor that did not take place properly. After that experience, I decided to call in the real professionals, which happened to be Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The service call was scheduled for the next day but they were able to send the technician, Tom, out the same day. Tom did an excellent job! He was quite professional, efficient, and courteous all at the same time. The repair cost was much less than I had anticipated and quality work was performed. I would definitely refer Precision to others.

Donovan came out..ON TIME…inspected the garage door, straight forward about it just needing to have the rollers greased. No high pressure pitch to get a new door or anything other than the work he’d completed. He was articulate in his explanation of the work needed and what I should look for in the future. I will always turn to them with any garage door issues!
