I called Precision for my annual garage door inspection. Everything went smoothly, the technician was very knowledgeable, and I was completely satisfied with the visit. This is five star service. A garage door spring broke again and on the same side. I decided to call Precision this time and they got me on the schedule immediately. In fact, they where even able to arrive sooner than promised. James arrived and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. I gave him the approval to proceed with the recommended work. I watched him do the whole job and I don't believe he made a single movement without a specific purpose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I am a handicapped senior and consequently am now able to repair this kind of situation myself. I would use Precision again and may even ask that James comes to do the work.

When my garage door was stuck yesterday, Tom from Precision arrived quickly and was very helpful. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a good overall view of what was broken and what it would need to fix it. I expected it to take a while. Tom let me know what he actually found when he gor in there, gave me an estimate of the cost, and fixed it all. I was very impressed with how well it worked, how neatly he left the garage, and his good work.

Recommended. Called them at 9am Saturday morning. Technician (Bobby) arrived by 1:30pm same day. He inspected the door and gave me a short run down. A few upsell options were presented, but not pushy in any way. I felt more educated than anything. The repair was made and he was gone in under an hour. Easy, professional and efficient.

Donovan Wygant came to my house to replace a garage door opener I lost. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, provided me with a new opener which he programed for me and then put my ladder up. He was respectful, helpful and fast. I was so impressed with him I had him put a Precision Door Service sticker next to the opener on the wall so I would have the phone number handy to call the next time I need service. Not something I have ever done and I'm old! Thank you Donovan. You were awesome.

I'm just overwhelmed with the whole process from the initial answer to my call to the immediate scheduling of my service call. But, nothing prepared me for the kind of perfect service I got from Donovan. ???? He was professional and personable. But he was also quick and thorough. Most important, he realized how critical it was for me to feel my cars were protected during the night and that I could get out of my garage to take my husband to a doctor appointment.
