Jesse arrived prompt and early, worked super hard in the super cold. He had the best manners and attitude. When he left, he left the garage door in better shape than it was before it broke! It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly. Our garage door technician, Marc, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Our repair presented some challenges, but Marc persevered and got the job done.
