It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly. Our garage door technician, Marc, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Our repair presented some challenges, but Marc persevered and got the job done. One of the tension springs had broken on my garage door. Jessie was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went. The springs were replaced, a few other worn parts needed replaced as was discovered in his thorough inspection. All needed parts were on his truck. I am planning on replacing this entire door next year and will use Precision Door Service without a doubt.

My garage door spring broke, I called Precision. My technician was Jessie. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and courteous. He had it repaired and also looked at the other door and pointed out that the cable was frayed and could snap. He returned the next day and took care of that.
