I actually had a fair amount of work done. I had the spring replaced. All of the rollers in the tracks on both sides were replaced, the gear mechanism on the main track was shot and had to be replaced and I had an outdoor remote installed. The installer was quite knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the work which needed to be done. The service we received was top notch.

I called one morning - before 8am - as my wife and I were home bound because of a broken spring on our garage door. To my surprise the phone was answered and I was able to get someone out within two hours of my call. I also asked for and received an estimate of the cost - this matched the numbers the tech (Rick) gave me. I also received a call that the tech was running a little behind and during that call I was told how to get my garage door opened - it worked flawlessly. My tech arrived, did a 25-pt review, replaced both springs, made a chain adjustment on the motor, tightened and also secured the garage door lifting frame - this should have been done by the builder, Rick told me (all at no cost). Rick was fast and very knowledgeable. Back in business :-)

Our garage door track separated from the wall and we could not open the door to get our cars out. Called and told them the problem. Btravis got here in 15 minutes, reinstalled everything, also put new rollers on. He was gone in 30 minutes and we were both able to get to our appointments on time. Excellent customer service.

I was blown away by the professionalism and responsiveness I experienced using Precision. It was easy to set up the appointments, the technician called ahead of time and there were no hidden costs. If you get the chance to work with Travis consider yourself lucky. He explained everything very well and made excellent recommendations while trying to save us money when/where possible. I am pretty sure the service technicians name was Bill, anyway, he was very professional, showed me the issues with my garage door and got the work done quickly. The upper springs were replaced along with worn out cables and rollers. Very satisfied.

A garage door repair is something that doesn't occur all that often, so it is a bit difficult to try and make an informed judgement about which Company to choose. Luckily, I chose well, as Precision door service was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and had my door repaired in short order. I believe Travis, my technician, could have replaced my broken door spring with his eyes closed. I would use Precision again in the future if I had another problem.

Your company had serviced my garage door in the past and had left a sticker next to my key pad. The gentleman who handled the most recent service call went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he correct the "snapping" noise concern, but he also updated materials that should have been used when the garage door was installed by the builder. Thank you to you and your team. We were in real trouble with both of our cars stuck in our garage at 7:30 am with a broken spring on the double car garage door. I looked on the internet for a company advertising 24 hour service. Liked the looks of your site and called. In about 45 minuter a tech arrived and got our cars out of the garage. By mid afternoon the door springs were replaced and the door was working great. Your team did a great job. Thank you!
