I was very pleased with my whole experience with Precision Garage Door Sevice. Travis was my technician and he was efficient, fast and very courteous. I felt like the price was fair and in one afternoon i have two new garage doors, openers and they run so smooth! Travis even went the extra mile and called me to ensure I was pleased with the service and the functioning of the new doors! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or replacement on gargage doors.

Precision Door was unable to deliver the appropriate Parts in order to replace the side Weather Stripping on the Garage Door and also the Weather Stripping at the bottom of the door.

Tom, Thanks for expressing your garage door needs. As we explained when we arrived to service your door, you have a door with a specific bottom retainer that is exclusive to the brand. Unfortunately to have that replaced you need to work directly with them as they will not enable Precision Door to purchase their parts. The side molding / weather stripping we can replace but it was decided by you that you would first research having the bottom retainer replaced by the original company and have them also replace the side molding. As we could not accommodate your needs we waived our service fee / trip charge and did not charge you any fees. If you have garage door problems in the future Precision Door hopes you will consider our service. Best regards, Bill

This is the third or fourth time I have used Precision. As usual, he explained what the problem was and actually showed me the problem. He came out with in 2 hours of my call which was great as I could not get my car out. Since it was a significant problem and charge, he waved the service call charge.

I would use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in a heartbeat! I researched the best overhead garage door service after the tension spring on one side of my garage door broke with a loud bang. Travis Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I came home from work to find that my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. After a quick online search I decided to call Precision. Their customer rep(sorry, I don't remember her name) was professional and very helpful with scheduling an appt the next morning. Travis, the technician, was professional and courteous. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the issues and the options available to resolve the issues. It wasn't a pushy sales push. Our technician was Travis, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He called in advance to confirm a time of arrival (he was ahead of schedule) and arrived promptly on a bitter cold morning to fix our broken garage door/opener. The problem was identified quickly and, even though it was only 10 degrees outside, he repaired the track mechanism, serviced the rollers, checked the balance and made sure everything was operational before finishing. We were grateful for the speedy response time and efficient service.

Last Friday, December 16, 2011 you sent Travis to my home at 10051 Heywood Lane. It's my pleasure to tell you that he was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient service provider I've ever had to my home. As a former tradesman and former construction superintendent I am very hard to please and very rarely trust people other than myself to work on my home. However, as time for me was short, and it was my birthday I decided to give you a try. Travis was on time, did the repair well beyond my expectation and impressed me with his professionalism, his positive attitude and his know-how. My garage door has never worked as well as after Travis repaired it, not even when it was new.
