Truly excellent service. I'd googled for 'lubricate garage door' to find where to oil my incredibly noisy garage door, and was happily following the instructions in Precision garage door's video (one of the first results), when I noticed that one of the 2 springs for the door was clearly broken, and the cause of the noise, struggling opener and erratic operation. After a few minutes restrained cursing, I accepted that I was going to need to get it sorted, and as soon as possible, before the other one failed. I lubricated the remaining spring anyway. After a look around the area for garage door repair, I realized that Precision Garage door covered Parker, so gave them a call, figuring I'd book something for Monday, this being Saturday afternoon. They answered promptly, gave me a time window for the next available technician, who called when he was 20 minutes away. All the usual - except Jacob was fixing the door inside an hour and a half of me calling. You really can't beat that service. Jacob answered my questions regarding the door (including one regarding a lock that I couldn't understand - it was fitted but disabled, hence my confusion, and replacement parts for the opener), while replacing the springs and getting a fine coating of lithium grease spray from the remaining spring I'd lubricated, while remaining cheerful and courteous. Sorry, Jacob. Anyhow, all up and running again, including testing and inspection of everything else, inside 30 minutes. Perfect, thank you!

I am very impressed by this company! I had an awesome experience. My tech Jake was there within 2 hours of me calling. And I'm a person who likes to learn new things and jake didnt mind explaining to me the process of fixing a broken overhead spring. Not only did jake fix my problem, but went above and beyond with lubricating my garage door, fix the light fixture on the door motor and had set the garage door opener in my car! I will definitely call again!! Thank you so mûch!!

When I came home from work with a garage door that wouldn't go up, I wanted and needed a solution as quickly as possible. I went online and requested an appointment the next day. I received a call at 9 am and Rick was at my door at noon. I was provided my options and decided on a new opener that was installed by 2. Not sure it is possible to have received faster or better service!

Our spring broke on Weds afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and I thought that I'd have to wait until Friday to get it repaired. With out of town guests visiting and needing to get the car in and out of the garage I was panicked! I called Precision fully expecting to be told I'd have to wait. But no! They sent a technician out within 2 hours and Robert was just awesome! While he did explain some additional maintenance items that should be taking care of, at no time did I feel "pressured" into spending the extra money now to have them done. I will use Precision in the future for any garage door work I need done and will recommend them to anyone else that needs work. You guys are fantastic!!

Beware this company they will quote one price then when they come out to your house try to charge triple the amount saying you need to place things that are not broken. It took him about 20 minutes to do the repair and my garage door only worked for two days after it was fixed. The technician complained about how far he had to drive to my house and how he was going to charge me more next time.

Regarding your concern that the tech was trying to overcharge you, let me explain. Our technicians are required to do a 25 point thorough safety inspection on the door and opener. Their job is to let you know the condition of your door and hardware so the technician can repair the door properly. Robert did his safety check, documented the results and concluded that your door has many old and worn out parts. The ultimate decision is yours and after explaining the problems you requested only partial service and repair, which Robert did. If the spring on your door failed then please let us replace it but we can only warranty parts we install and the safety of the door depends on the condition of all parts. We were in real trouble with both of our cars stuck in our garage at 7:30 am with a broken spring on the double car garage door. I looked on the internet for a company advertising 24 hour service. Liked the looks of your site and called. In about 45 minuter a tech arrived and got our cars out of the garage. By mid afternoon the door springs were replaced and the door was working great. Your team did a great job. Thank you!

I actually had a fair amount of work done. I had the spring replaced. All of the rollers in the tracks on both sides were replaced, the gear mechanism on the main track was shot and had to be replaced and I had an outdoor remote installed. The installer was quite knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the work which needed to be done. The service we received was top notch.

I called one morning - before 8am - as my wife and I were home bound because of a broken spring on our garage door. To my surprise the phone was answered and I was able to get someone out within two hours of my call. I also asked for and received an estimate of the cost - this matched the numbers the tech (Rick) gave me. I also received a call that the tech was running a little behind and during that call I was told how to get my garage door opened - it worked flawlessly. My tech arrived, did a 25-pt review, replaced both springs, made a chain adjustment on the motor, tightened and also secured the garage door lifting frame - this should have been done by the builder, Rick told me (all at no cost). Rick was fast and very knowledgeable. Back in business :-)

This is not my first time using Precision, though there have been many years between calls! All I can say is Wow, and thank you! I called before 8 AM this morning when my garage door would not open.
