I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.

I called at 4pm. I received a confirmation call within an hour and had a technician at my home inside of 2 hours!! I really appreciate the immediate attention I received. I truly feel Precision made a huge effort to get my garage door repaired immediately. The technician was friendly, efficient, and professional. I would certainly recommend that you ask for Jake. He's a nice guy who does a great job and pays attention to every detail. He was here a couple of years ago to replace the garage door. At that time, the motor was working just fine so we agreed I'd keep it. This past month the motor gave up, so they sent someone else to put in a new motor. He tinkered with it and left. The next day I called back and right away Jake came back with a new motor and all the solid and remote openers I could ever use. This company sees that the customer is happy with their job. I will certainly call them again! Ask for Jake!
