I have had two great experiences with Precision! First, I love that they sent me an email with pictures so I was familiar with my tech before he entered my home. Greg did an amazing job. Originally, I thought I needed a new garage door opener and a repair to the top panel of the garage door itself. Greg assessed what was wrong and just repaired the gears in the existing opener, fixed and reinforced the door and changed the rollers and saved me a couple of hundred dollars too. I whole heartily recommend Precision.

Greg was excellent. He knew immediately that it was the motor and he could fix it for $180. He said the opener should last 40 years. He lubricatered everything. I can't say enough . He was great and I certainly will call again and ask for Greg.

Great service and support from this company! We have a 25 yr old home, and the garage door opener began acting up, so I called for some help. We got a tune-up and new rollers first, then ended up needing a new opener system, because the keypad I had purchased at Home Depot was not functioning properly with the old opener unit. Bill and Rick did a great job getting everything working again, and have also helped us out with a couple of other minor adjustments.

I recently had a technician from Precision Garage Door out to the house for a general preventative maintenance service call. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also had a very professional look and attitude. Before starting the service work, he walked me through the entire process, highlighting particular areas that might be of concern. At the conclusion of the service, he gave me another walk-through outlining exactly what he did and why. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of some of the general safety features and settings on my 13 year old garage door and opener that will help them operate correctly, safely, effectively, and efficiently for years to come. He never tried to sell me anything, but was very knowledgable in making recommendations on specific things I asked about. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!!

I chose Precision after reading the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Rick replaced the rollers, tightened the hinges and the bracket for the track, and explained everything he did. The door is much quieter and works great now. I could not be happier!

Came home from a trip to find that the garage door spring snapped. Not only were they able to come out to the house within 2 hours, they did a multi point inspection to ensure everything was in good working order. I will use them again and highly recommend their service. VERY GOOD

Precision was out to repair our garage door openers in December. I'm just now getting around to doing a review - Another company installed three doors with openers. The openers never worked right. The original installers came out two times to try to fix the problem - unsuccessfully. Precision came out and worked on all three doors. We haven't had another problem. Professional excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Precision was able to come out within a matter of hours of calling them when we had a spring break first thing in the morning. The tech was great, went over everything he was doing, then did an inspection of the entire door and left system to make sure everything else was in working order. I couldn't be more pleased.

The work he did (door panel replacement) reflected a high level of experience and dedication. Service was prompt and professional and garage door is working great. Technician replaced steel center bearing as well which was a bit of a surprise when I saw it on the invoice, but he explained why and again was very professional a completed the job efficiently. I had mentioned the online coupon when I placed my order, then forgot to inform the technician who performed the service, however when contacting the offices at Precision Door they were exceptionally courteous and helpful in getting the adjustment made quickly.

Technician was both very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and did not try to oversell things that did not need replacement. He also did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. In addition to replacing the springs he tightened and "tuned up" the door such that it now works as good as new even though it is 15 years old.
