Technician was both very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and did not try to oversell things that did not need replacement. He also did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. In addition to replacing the springs he tightened and "tuned up" the door such that it now works as good as new even though it is 15 years old.

We recently had both our garage door spring / motor replaced. The technician was informative, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we were adequately taken care of throughout the process. Just as I had read before from another reviewer, Precision called me when they had a cancellation, so they were able to come a day earlier than the appointed date. Even the original appointment date was only a 2 day wait, but they literally came the day after I called them. The repaired the broken sprocket and looked over the entire garage door system and offered advice on future needs without being pushy. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy that we could have our garage door fixed the day I called. Rick Jones was my technician, and he showed up shortly after my initial phone call. After reviewing the garage door mechanics, he told me what should be replaced and what was still functioning well. He fixed everything we agreed on, and was done so quickly I could hardly believe it. Precision was the only company that was able to schedule our garage door repair within 24 hours. They even called back and fit us in the same day when they had a cancellation. I had a garage door mishap a few weeks ago and ended up not being able to shut my garage. I called Precision and was told a technician could come the next morning between 8a and 10a. Rick arrived at 7:45a and was nothing less than precise. He knew exactly what needed to be done, worked quickly and efficiently, and all the while explaining everything to me.
