I am impressed with the service Precision Garage Door delivered, and I chose them because of all the great online reviews. The technician (Donovan) replaced a broken spring, and performed a much needed overhaul on my garage door components. He communicated everything our door needed and also debriefed us after the job was completed. I feel we now have a brand new door for many years to come. I do not want to leave the fact that everything was done within two hours after my initial call on a Sunday morning. All work comes with a 5 year warranty. More than a garage door repair, we experienced the Precision Garage Door product.

DONOVAN WAS WONDERFUL. OUR GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND CLOSE IT WOULD NOT LATCH, WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND I GUESS IT KICKED THE MOTOR OUT OF TIME OR SOMETHING BUT DONOVAN FIXED IT IN NO TIME. HE DID INDICATE THAT THEY USUALLY LAST 10 TO 15 YEARS BEFORE GETTING A NEW MOTOR I ASKED WHAT HE RECOMMENDED AND HE SAID IF IT WERE HIM HE WOULD TRY IT A COUPLE OF DAYS AND IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN THEN REPLACE MOTOR. VERY HONEST. WE WILL ALWAYS USE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I DID ASK DONOVAN TO BE OUR SERVICE TECH WHEN HE COMES BACK TO REPLACE OR SERVICE GARAGE DOOR. I DID FORGET TO ASK HIM IF A REGULAR MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE DONE BY YOU FOLKS AND FORGOT.

My garage door was frozen to the cement and I did not realize it. When I opened it the metal strip along the top bent the whole right side. I called Precision at about 8:30 A.M. and got an appointment for between 12:00 - 2:00 the same day. Tom was early and by 11:15 it was fixed. I am really pleased with the service and the price. Thank you from a 79 year old women.

Checked out the reviews and ratings. I called around noon on Friday because the spring has broke on my garage door. Tim the tech was at my house an hour later and the door was repaired within 45 minutes. Price was fair, tech was courtesy and my door was fixed. An overall good experience.

My garage door opener broke late Friday night and I was able to get an appointment next day on Saturday. Tom showed up early for my appointment as was done even before my original appointment was scheduled. I originally wanted to just repair the opener but he helped me understand how old my opener was and remembered that the previous owner also had to do a repair just last year, I went ahead with a new opener. Great price, quick service and Tom was very professional. I highly recommend this company and Tom.
