I am very happy with my service. They came out within hours after I called and were done the very same day. I especially was happy with my technician, Bobby. As a female, many technicians talk down to me or use a patronizing voice. Bobby explained everything in great detail with patience and enthusiasm. He encouraged my questions rather than making me feel like a bother. Thank you!

I had an appointment set for a Monday, received a call the Sunday before by Will. He asked if I would like to get my garage door repair done a day earlier, which was a great surprise. An hour and a half later Donovan showed up to do the repair. Donovan was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did the inspection , showed me options on the repair, and recommendations. replaced both torsion springs and replaced center bearing, all within an hour. Excellent job Donovan. I am glad I called Precision door service.

Tom showed up the same day I called to request service. He took care of the issue within a couple of minutes at no cost. I was not expecting it to be free, but I will buy a new garage door and door opener from them due to their professionalism and excellent service. This door was initially installed by Ankmar, and not only that they installed a door that was known to be problematic due to water standing at the bottom on a masonite built door, but they never followed through on their service. I called Ankmar twice and talked to someone in service and I was told in both occasions that a service manager was going to call me back, which never happened.

We have used Precision since we moved into the house 13 years ago. Service is excellent! We called yesterday at 3pm and a service tech was here shortly after 4. Turns out we needed a new opener and the tech installed it within an hour. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Service from Precision is awesome. Wouldn't change for anything.

We had a problem with older garage door not opening/closing well. Donovan arrived ahead of time, was knowledgeable, pleasant and made improvements on the door. Same day service was great so I didn’t have to have an open garage door at night. They gave a 2 hour window and sent a picture of the technician. The price was reasonable. The technician was efficient and friendly. It took less than an hour. The phone receptionist was nice and helpful. It was a stress free repair.

Tom just came by as scheduled, despite horrible weather that included heavy snow and temperatures in the teens. It was a simple fix -- new wiring needed to the sensors. With my car still in my single-car garage, Tom made the repair in about 15 minutes, no muss, no fuss. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Precision.

This was the second repair I had done with precision. Zac is THE best, he takes the time to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. I was ripped off by a competitor in 2016 ($983 for garage door springs only!). In the last two weeks I had a full garage door replacement on my house and called him back for a tune up on my Mother-in-laws garage door, pricing was very fair, service by Zac is second to none. I would highly recommend. A+++
