Donovan and Mark were awesome! When they got here, I described the problem and it wasn’t necessarily a simple/straightforward solution. They both explained everything to me so it made sense and still fixed the garage door in about 20 minutes. Afterwards, they walked me through the repairs and explained everything they did. Definitely was impressed with their speed, and as a first time homeowner I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything to me.

I called two other garage door companies before I came upon Precision. The first one didn't even answer the phone (couldn't leave a voice mail even) and the second one never called back. When I called Precision, I was able to speak to a live person, and explain my problem. I was able to make an appointment the next day. Prior to the end of business that day I got a call from a technician leaving a voice mail message that he thought he had an easy fix for my garage door. I was unable to get back with him that day. The next day a technician arrived from Precision and was able to solve my problem immediately. My garage door now works and because it was a simple fix the technician did not even bill me a service fee. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN ANYMORE THESE DAYS? CALL PRECISION IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAIR, AND HAS INTEGRITY.

Donovan and Mark were amazing. They arrived early for my service with bright smiling faces. They went through and explained the initial inspection and once completed explained, in detail, what was needed for repair. The team went over and beyond to ensure everything was in tack and working up to standards. During the inspection we were informed that we needed a new motor as well. So that was also replaced. Once the repair was complete they explain again, in detail, what was completed and how the new motor operates. My husband and I are very happy with the results! We would definitely recommend Precision in the future. Thank you so very much Donovan and Mark for being so professional, kind, amazing and for going over and beyond! The issue was assessed quickly, and all necessary parts were on the truck. Donovan went "above and beyond." and did a superb job. As a former aircraft mechanic, I can appreciate his expertise, workmanship and attention to detail. All in all, a great job by an excellent technician and all-around great guy!!

I had called Precision to take a look at our garage door openers as we were having some issues with one of them. Donovan came out to diagnose the issue, made a few adjustments and suggestions and even lubed the tracks for the doors. Very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment for service on a Sunday. The technician Donovan was on time and courteous. After doing an inspection of my problem he discussed multiple options available to me for the repair but never tried to push me into doing any particular one of the three choices. Once I made my decision he completed the work in a timely manner and demonstrated all work performed was fully functional and to my satisfaction before leaving. The technician (Donovan) went over all the things I needed, and produced multiple payment scales. Each having pro's & cons. After choosing a cost that fixed all the issues he was able to complete the repair in about 1 hr. Great job all around!
