One of the springs failed a couple years after Precision replaced it. I called and in a little over an hour they came to replace it. Of course there was a service charge of $75, but, the part was free. Prompt and knowledgeable.

Amazing, quick, and professional service. We'd managed to hit the garage door with the paddleboard on the roof of the suv. Not only did Tom do the fix extremely quickly, he didn't try to sell us on any upgrades or extras - he just did his job and did a great job of it. I first called other highly recommended garage door services who people in our HOA promoted. The earliest I could get a service tech out was four days out. I found Precision and they had a service tech here in 90 minutes, and he was gone in an hour. New opener, programmed remotes and key pad. Cleaned up everything and took away the old stuff. Tom was an enjoyable person to converse with while he worked too. He even took time and explained the differences in some other brand/model openers improving my confidence in the same brand I had, albeit 23 yrs old.
