We had used this company in 2006 and I happened to still have my card for Precision. Our technician was Bill. He showed me what was wrong and explained how to correct future problems. He even changed my lightbulb on my garage door opener. Very efficient. Thank you Patti and Brian Cook

There needs to be a sixth star here. Where to start? First of all, Tom was a breath of fresh air. He came in, took one look at my geriatric spring system, identified everything that was wrong with it and gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote on the spot. He told me exactly how long it would take him, and to tell you the truth, I feel price-wise, I took advantage of him. He didn't try to pitch upgrades or a new system (which I sorely need, but can't afford). I really appreciated his no-nonsense attitude. He got right to work and had everything my system needed to be repaired with him, thus saving our valuable time. I really can't say enough good things about him! I had dealt with a different door servicing company a couple of days before only to run into the technician not showing up, calling 15 minutes after the appointment window, another inexperienced tech coming (with the world's smallest flashlight), telling my system was a pain in his you-know-what, leaving and telling me his boss would call (and never did), etc. etc. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

First, with all the frauds and impersonate these day, I really appreciate it when Precision let me know who will be coming out and at what time? Tom was our Technician, he called ahead to let us know exactly when he would arrive and was on very prompt. Had springs replaced in Feb., door adj, by Tom. All operated well, till this Oct., called for appt to get the door looked at, it would not roll up completely, not close properly. Tom came out at agreed upon time, made several adj., then operated door which ran smoothly. NO CHARGE. FAB, other companies more than likely would have charged for this, again FAB treatment by Precision

5 stars to Precision! We live in Broomfield and Tom was our technician. We received next-day service on a Saturday, which was particularly impressive since our need was not an emergency. Tom called to let us know exactly when he would arrive, was prompt, and resolved our issues readily. Tom's knowledge and expertise with garage doors, openers, keypads was excellent. We recommend Precision wholeheartedly.

The tech that was scheduled to repair my broken torsion spring was professional and very detailed. He arrived 30 minutes early, was completely prepared to do all the work. He let us know every step before he took it and was upfront about the costs and ways to save money and remain safe. My garage door was fixed within 1 hour. I would highly recommend!

I checked with the Better Business and they had a very good rating. Precision send us an email to confirm the appointment time and told us who our technician would be. Technician called before he came and actually came earlier than our appointment time. Very professional and efficient, will definitely use this company!

Boy I'm glad that I called you guys. Finding a technician that does service for home owners that is competent, and honest is very hard to find these days. Although there wasn't anything drastically wrong with my door, Tom took care of the problems that did need fixing and did it quickly and professionally. I have your sticker on the wall of the garage and will call "Precision" whenever I have a problem with the door, and will tell all my friends how satisfied I was with the service. Thank you so much.

Great service! We called on Sunday to fix our broken spring and they came out the next day which was Memorial Day. Thankfully it was under warrenty so that was covered, but our other garage door needed service too, so they fixed that one as well. Would highly recommend!

Tom was right on time, moved efficiently and finished very quickly. Door has never sounded so quiet. Love the new rollers and the door is adjusted perfectly. Being a DYI and the guy who installed the opener I never could get the adjustments right for the range of door movement. He adjusted it perfectly. Also received (upon my request) a quote (word of mouth at this point, due to other projects on our list) for new door, installation, etc. I was VERY happy with the quote. It will speed up our ability to purchase a new door and will go with this company for it. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.

Great service, sent email giving heads up who was coming. Tech called offering to come earlier than scheduled, quickly assessed damage and gave options for repair or replace. Left home with one broken garage door, another one needing some material repair - came home to all new garage door openers with new keypad that even had our existing code on it. Would recommend.

When my garage door fell and wouldn't reopen, my car was trapped in my garage. Tom arrived in less than an hour after my phone call and quickly and expertly repaired the opener, adjusted my springs, and installed new rollers. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I purchased a Garage Door Service which included roller replacement, adjustment and fastener inspection/tightening through AAA. Tom arrived right on time after an en-route call, which allowed me to clear enough space for him to work. Tom got right to work and was finished before I realized. He demonstrated the door for me and then was on his way. The door is working like new, again. I am very satisfied with the service performed. Garage door repairs never come at an opportune time. Two days after being discharged from the hospital our springs broke and the door could not open. I called Precision and they responded quickly to make the repairs. The technician did a complete check of the door and made the necessary additional repairs and adjustments - thanks Precision!!
