I purchased a Garage Door Service which included roller replacement, adjustment and fastener inspection/tightening through AAA. Tom arrived right on time after an en-route call, which allowed me to clear enough space for him to work. Tom got right to work and was finished before I realized. He demonstrated the door for me and then was on his way. The door is working like new, again. I am very satisfied with the service performed. Thanks, Tom. 5 stars for the personnel and 5 stars for the service.

Garage door repairs never come at an opportune time. Two days after being discharged from the hospital our springs broke and the door could not open. I called Precision and they responded quickly to make the repairs. The technician did a complete check of the door and made the necessary additional repairs and adjustments - thanks Precision!!

I called on a Saturday morning around 10 am and Tom was here by 1:40 and finished by 2:10. Can't believe it only took him a half hour to fix. Very pleased with the fast service. I will definitely recommend you guys.

I found Precision on the internet. The torsion spring on a door had broken and they had a technician out that very afternoon. Tom did a great job and he is a pleasant, amiable person to talk to. A day later I noticed that the door wasn't closing tightly to the floor, so I called and Tom was back the first thing in the morning to make the adjustment. I am quite pleased with Precision and recommend them.

I'm typically skeptical of high ratings but Tom Lathrop called early, arrived early and had everything diagnosed, replaced and working before our scheduled appointment. The initial call to Precision was just as impressive as all information requested allowed the process to move even quicker. This group is truly organized and professional.

I called in the morning for a repair and they were able to set me up for an appointment later that same day. The appointment was at 4:00 and I got a call at about 11:30 that he was in the neighborhood and could he stop by! Finished the job in about 45 minutes with parts that he had in his truck. The Precision Technician was on time (even early) knowledgeable, explained everything (we had moved from an area that didn't have garages)was polite and very nice. I would not hesitate to have then come out on a regular basis. The office staff was extremely nice and competant as well.

We had just moved back to Colorado from two years in Mexico and our garage door was just not working the way it should and one day it didn't go up all the way and I drive into the door dislodging one of the rollers and bending the door. Called Precision and Tom came out the next day fixed the roller and re-secured the bottom trim and straightened the door. The best part was I only paid for a service charge. Tom was great and pleasant to deal with. He also recommended a better garage door, which be an upcoming purchase. Awesome company to deal with.

I had a bearing wear out on my opener and the chain was slipping - Tom was able to come out the next day and identify the problem and had the part on his truck and made the repair right then - this is second time I have had Tom and Precision out to do work for me (the two visits were not related)- I am quite please and would highly recommend
