He was thorough, explained what he was doing thoroughly, and was easy to talk to. He inspected two doors, and replaced a spring, bearings and rollers, drums on one door. The second door needed no repair.

One of the heavy coil springs failed suddenly, and we called Precision Garage Door for help. They arranged for one of their technicians to come out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with several options to improve door performance for our door which he said was in very good condition overall. His workmanship was excellent, and he had our door working perfectly in pretty short order!

I called Precision, as a satisfied repeat customer.....last service was 2011. I spoke with Candace, on Fri. Jan 15, 2021. Within an hour, Zac Bedard, responded and not only replaced a worn out 17 year old keypad outside of my garage door. He did a 25 pt safety inspection. It's been 10 years....Zac was able to show me a number of issues that needed preemptive action....no pressure....he replaced the worn parts....and tightened areas that had become loose over time. Called in the morning with a garage door problem and Zac was out within a few hours. Needed to totally fix everything related to door. Didn’t have all parts available but said he would have them later in afternoon. Returned about 4:30 with parts and worked on door until 7:00 (on a Friday night). Zac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I choose Precision because of your chat service on the website. I was upset about my broken door , because both cars were in there . The person on the chat service took over and helped me to calm down. She gave me all the information I needed for the next morning. Zach the repairman was there when they said he would be. He took over and was very good at fixing my door. I should have another 20 years of service from it. Zach was very good at calming me down also, he had the job done very quickly. Two things: First, I called Precision around 9:00 am with a broken chain on my garage door, and someone from Precision was at my house by 10:30 am the same morning. Second, Zac, the Precision technician, clearly explained what needed to be done and then completed the work within a couple of hours. The final amount of work was more extensive and the price tag more expensive than I had initially expected, but I feel confident the new system will provide years of trouble-free service.

I would HIGHLY recommend them. Phone customer service was excellent, very open with communication, upfront and honest. Got an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of calling. The tech, Zack, called me to ask if I was available earlier, which was great! He showed up, broke down my price points for my severely broken garage door. Showed me the parts that were broken or wearing down so I knew they were not trying to skimp more money out of me around. Everything was very clear between customer and tech. Zack was quick and efficient with his work and finished up with an hour and half; was like my garage door wasn't even broken. Also given that this is being repaired during the Covid Pandemic, I would like to note, he wore his mask the entire time - 97° weather, in my closed garage - stayed respectful of entering and exiting my house to grab parts. I think he made 2 trips through my house and that was all. Overall, if I could give the breakdown of stars, I would give 5 to customer service, 4 to price (but still very fair!) but 5+ to my tech! Excellent job ????
