Precision came through for us again! A garage spring broke on a recent Sunday. I called for repairs the following Monday morning and was scheduled for that same day. Robert was our service tech and after determining that a complete overhaul was the best option, made the repairs in less than 45 minutes. He was quick, thorough and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed for future upkeep. I love the fact that you can pull up a picture of the person coming to your home from the website. Precision is the best!

I originally found Precision in the Yellow Pages years ago when I wanted to install an automatic garage door opener. You have been servicing my garage door needs since. On this occasion an entire piece of spring had come off. Robert, the technician, recommended that all the mechanical parts for the door be replaced. He quoted me an estimate along with pointing out the five-year warranty. I agreed. He set to work and the job was completed in no time. I was impressed not only with the speed of the installation (I had a crowded schedule that day), but with the fact that he had everything needed with him to complete the job. Orginally Robert was just going to install 2 new springs and replace some bearings and such. After he had done all that, the old garage door opener was not performing well, so I asked if he had time to install a new one and just have it all done at once, even though we had not requested that at the start of our appointment. He said absolutely, he would make time to complete the whole job for us. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how courteous he was. He is a top notch technician. Thank you for a job very well done. We are very happy with the new opener and with Robert!

Having same-day service was a big priority! I had a great experience with Robert. He came out just to repair springs, but we ended up getting an an overhaul. I chose Precision garage door because of an offer through Amazon. I was very pleased with the service until the door stuck and would not go up or down. I called Percision and the very next day a technicion was there to fix the problem. I think it was Robert who came to fix the door. I wish to commend Robert very highly. He rearanged the cables, adjusted other things, lubed the screw etc, and now my door works like a charm. He did a very good job.

The service that I had was the Amazon $99.00 special. Rollers were replaced with nylon ones, springs were adjusted for proper tension and all other pivot joints were lubricated. The door now sounds like new. Robert did an excellent job and was very pleasant while on site. My only disappointment was that the special did not include greasing the internal plastic gears inside my door opener. However, I am a happy customer and will recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
