Very impressed with your company. Robert, I believe that was his name, arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He analysed the problem and walked me through the problem and most of all why it happened. He fixed the problem and helped with a few preventive issues that will help with wear & tear. When I called to make the appointment the office person was very helpful and worked around my scheduled to set an appointment. Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min. Robert found the problem right away and as we spoke I know that another company might have tried to sell me a new opener for the problem was not apparent at first inspection, but with a little knowledge, he found the broken wire and was fixed in a flash...will and have recommended your company to all my neighbors and co-workers

Our spring broke on Weds afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and I thought that I'd have to wait until Friday to get it repaired. With out of town guests visiting and needing to get the car in and out of the garage I was panicked! I called Precision fully expecting to be told I'd have to wait. But no! They sent a technician out within 2 hours and Robert was just awesome! While he did explain some additional maintenance items that should be taking care of, at no time did I feel "pressured" into spending the extra money now to have them done. I will use Precision in the future for any garage door work I need done and will recommend them to anyone else that needs work. You guys are fantastic!!

Our garage door had problems last Saturday morning upon which I called Precision. I was given a two hours time window of service for the same and and our technician Robert was able to come even earlier than anticipated. He was very professional and had the job completed very quickly. Precision is the only company that has done work on our doors since 2005 and we will definitely call them when need in the future. Beware this company they will quote one price then when they come out to your house try to charge triple the amount saying you need to place things that are not broken. It took him about 20 minutes to do the repair and my garage door only worked for two days after it was fixed. The technician complained about how far he had to drive to my house and how he was going to charge me more next time.

We had a neighbor getting something done to their garage door and asked for a card and called. They were very quick in getting a technician out to our house. I actually had a fair amount of work done. I had the spring replaced. All of the rollers in the tracks on both sides were replaced, the gear mechanism on the main track was shot and had to be replaced and I had an outdoor remote installed. The installer was quite knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the work which needed to be done. The service we received was top notch.

Precision was the only garage door repair company I could get a hold of on a Sunday during Labor Day weekend. The service tech, Robert, got to my home quickly and advised me of all of the options I had not once trying to "sell" me on getting expensive repairs or replacements. He even told me about low cost alternatives that I could easily do myself if I wanted to avoid the expense of costly repairs/replacements. Robert fixed my broken springs, changed my old rollers, and fixed the previous installers horrible install work that compromised my entire garage door system. Precision did a great job for a fair price when I needed it.

Just very goodwork overall. Felt good that my analyst of the problem was correct that the old opener had a bad logic board. Still having a small problem getting my homelink remote to work so am using the liftmaster remote in the car.

Service technitian was very polite and competent. I found it odd that the spring was so expensive but that the service fee was so cheap. I had expected the torsion spring to be much less than what I was charged. Having watched the spring be replaced I think I would do it myslef next time.
