Precision Door was great! We had a broken spring and they were able to give me a quote on the phone and come out the same day. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciate that the pricing was the same as quoted. Have had experience with other companies that tell you a different price when they show up and just want to try and sell you a new door. Our technician was very honest about what we needed to replace and even tuned up the rest of our door. Definitely recommend them!

Repair man was was on time.He discovered on of the door sensor was not aligned correctly and he aligned it and he had to reset the door opener and the remote openers . He was very profesional and fast. I will call again if needed. Thank you.

Our garage door would not close as the electric eye seemed to think something was blocking it. I called Precision since they had repaired the door a couple of years ago. They explained the problem as the sensors were not connecting and I tried to fix it with their help. I couldn't get the sensors to line up. A few hours later one of their installers showed up and fixed the problem. He was very professional and explained the problem. He did not charge me for fixing the problem. Now my wife is happy that the door is fixed and I am happy that she is happy. A great business.

I don't remember why I chose Precision initially, but I do know that as long as Bill remains with Precision, I will be using them and recommending them . What a nice, knowledgeable, and helpful guy! Can't say enough about how patient, pleasant and accommodating this man has been whenever I have a questions about my garage door. Bill rode his bike over on a Saturday to install an outdoor opener on his first visit, then returned a year or so later to re-code it after I had messed it up. Living alone and not being at all mechanically savvy, I am forced to rely on people who have these "gifts" and then just hope they are honest. He's got it all! THANK YOU!

We called this morning for the repair. A two hour same day window appointment was set for 2-4. A half an hour after we called, Bill called us and said he was in the area and could be here in 15 min. My neighbor recommended Precision Door Service to me. They scheduled my service the same day, which was very convenient. Bill came out and gave me the no nonsense low-down on the up and down of my garage door. It was making lots of racket and driving me nuts. I've used Precision Door twice now when my garage door wouldn't close. I found them online & they had good reviews. My own experience is that their service call charge is extremely reasonable, and their employees are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - I learned a lot that I didn't know from both times, which might help prevent future service calls. To me, that's the mark of an ethical company; one that helps educate its clients rather than keeping the knowledge to itself in order to drum up repeat business. I'm really glad I found this firm.
