Repair man was was on time.He discovered on of the door sensor was not aligned correctly and he aligned it and he had to reset the door opener and the remote openers . He was very profesional and fast. I will call again if needed. Thank you.

Our garage door would not close as the electric eye seemed to think something was blocking it. I called Precision since they had repaired the door a couple of years ago. They explained the problem as the sensors were not connecting and I tried to fix it with their help. I couldn't get the sensors to line up. A few hours later one of their installers showed up and fixed the problem. He was very professional and explained the problem. He did not charge me for fixing the problem. Now my wife is happy that the door is fixed and I am happy that she is happy. A great business.

I don't remember why I chose Precision initially, but I do know that as long as Bill remains with Precision, I will be using them and recommending them . What a nice, knowledgeable, and helpful guy! Can't say enough about how patient, pleasant and accommodating this man has been whenever I have a questions about my garage door. Bill rode his bike over on a Saturday to install an outdoor opener on his first visit, then returned a year or so later to re-code it after I had messed it up. Living alone and not being at all mechanically savvy, I am forced to rely on people who have these "gifts" and then just hope they are honest. He's got it all! THANK YOU!

I've used Precision Door twice now when my garage door wouldn't close. I found them online & they had good reviews. My own experience is that their service call charge is extremely reasonable, and their employees are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - I learned a lot that I didn't know from both times, which might help prevent future service calls. Our garage door opener died, due to a burned out controller circuit board. We called Precision, because they had serviced our garage door before. The tech, Bill, came out to our house in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he had to call around to find a replacement circuit board. He installed the board the following morning. While inspecting the door, he found that the lift cables were frayed, so he replaced those as well. Less than 24 hours from initial call to service completed. Pretty good, Precision!
