I was tremendously pleased with the service I received from Precision. Our garage doors when out due to a lightning strike. Robert called to find out all the details. He obtained everything he needed to do the job and was able to complete all the work in two hours. What I appreciated most was the confirmation of the appointment and a picture of the service man who was coming to do the work. That is true customer service. Thank you!

Technician was very friendly and knowlegeable. He called to say he might be running late, but did arrive within the assigned time. Precision serviced the other gargage door 10 years ago and we kept the sticker with the phone number.

One of my springs broke, so I couldn't open or close the garage door. The Service Technician came at the scheduled time and replaced both springs as well as the center bearing. I was very happy with the service I received. He only replaced what needed replacement and was very quick and thorough. He explained in detail and showed me what needed to be done which gave me confidence that I wasn't be "up-sold." I definitely call Precision Door Service again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Robert was great. I really appreciated his informing me that the safety cables that my prospective buyer wanted installed were not only unnecessary, given that the springs on the door are torsion springs rather than extension springs, but if installed could damage the existing torsion springs. I was very impressed that he did not "push" a costly repair just to make a sale. I greatly appreciate such professional and honest behavior in a business. Would not hesitate to call your company again.

I chose Precision because they had high reviews online. This is the first service call I've had to make on our new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Robert showed up early for my appointment, which was extremely helpful because my car was stuck. Our garage has a HUGE door that was falling off the tracks trying to get away from the wall, and he tackled it like it was any other job. Robert even gave me some tips on how to keep the door in better condition as well as how we should approach our eventual upgrade. There is no question that we'll be calling Precision for any and all future garage work! Thank you Precision!

The work was excellent, garage door is working like new. Bob miss represented himself. I called two companies and Bob showed up first, I thought he was with the company that was going to show up at 8:AM the next morning and I asked Bob if he knew Richard by name he said yes, and he would call him to cancel the service call for the next morning. Very embarrassing when Richard from his competitor showed up. I felt lied to. The work was excellent and I had no problem going with the first company who showed up and would have called to cancel if I had the opportunity. I felt lied to.

Fabulous. We were locked out on a very cold day...A technician arrived within 2 hours, was very kind- informative and professional. My garage door broke on a Saturday and would not open. My daughter found Precision via Google. I called them - they offered to get someone out on that day between 4 and 6. I could not be home at that time so they scheduled me for Tuesday morning at my request. The time slot was 8 to 10. They were promptly there very shortly after 8. The Service tech was great, knowledgeable, did the job, educated me along the way (I know nothing about garage doors). He was polite, did good work, and left the space clean and organized after he finished. I would recommend this company to everyone!

When I called at 9 am to schedule my repair I was given a window of 11 am -1 pm. At 12:00 I received a call from the technician saying it would be "closer to 3 pm". The technician arrived at 3:30 pm. Once he arrived, the technician Robert, was courteous and knowledgeable. He made the repairs necessary and pointed out some issues to watch for in the future. The door is working fine now.
