I appreciate the courtesy and quick service of Precision. My appointment was scheduled between 4-6 pm (the same day I requested service), and I received a phone call around 2:00pm to let me know they were short staffed, but this tech (Bill) was about 15 minutes away. He was wondering if he could come by early. I, of course, was happy to have him come out sooner. He was polite, informative and had my mom's garage door working again in no time. I was searching the internet for the best deals (because my mom is on limited income) and Precision was by far the best! Thank you, we will definitely turn to Precision for any future garage door issues.

I needed a minor adjustment on my garage door but it prevented the door from closing properly. I was impressed that the person answering the phone walked me through several steps over the phone to try and fix the problem so I wouldn't have to pay for service. As I live alone, they made every effort to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible. After Bill made the adjustment to my opener, he stayed long enough to give it a minor tune-up to prevent future problems. All this for the trip charge. I was very pleased--have used Precision Door Service in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Bill was our technician and we couldn't be happier with his service! He was very courtesy, professional, on time, and went above and beyond. Not only did he fix our garage door, but he noticed the door leading into our house was a bit squeaky, so he put some lubricant on the hinges without any hesitation! Kuddos to Precsion Doors. Four years ago I had them replace a broken garage door springs and recommended I replace both in addition to a door tuneup which gareenteed the work for five years. Well one of my springs broke again. True to their word, they replaced both springs under the warranty at no cost except the service fee. It doesn't get any better then that. I don't have Precision out very often because they do a great job every time. They have installed a new opener, serviced and repaired a very old door and replaced both springs. Springs have held up for many years. They repaired what I thought might not be repaired. They replaced rollers so the door is smooth and quiet. They give me information so that I can keep the door in good condition myself and they reprogrammed all of my remotes for me. Courteous,friendly and professional. Price is always reasonable. Often times no charge. Could not be better.

Precision responded within an hour and half from the time I called. The job was completed within an hour after that. The technician (Bill Nashwinter) was informitive, efficient, and courteous. Precision performed a new opener (motor) install 8 yrs. ago (w/keypad,etc.). Same great service; which is why I called them again this time. The cost, I felt was very reasonable. In this day and age of corporate monopolies, it's good to have a local (franchise) company with great personal sevice and products. I hope I don't "NEED" them again but I'm certainly glad they were there now and I would stongly recommend them to anyone who does!

I had Precision repair my garage door in 2003 after a another company tried to fix it. Precision fixed it. Recently a had a spring break. I called Precision on Thurs. pm, made an appointment for sat. They followed up with an email telling me the sked. Sat at 800a got a call telling me they were a block away. Service was performed in 30 minutes. Price was very fair. I have told friends a neighbors about Precision. They are great and do what they say. DO USE THEM! ALSO, THEY DID A SAFETY ON BOTH THE DOORS. once again.

I had my garage door repaired recently. They did both spring repair and roller replacements. I think the repair tech was very knowledgeable and the garage door is working better than ever. Both schedulers and techs are professional and friendly. My only negative comment is that my repair was scheduled for between noon and 2 and repairman did not arrive until after scheduled time.

I would give Precision 10 starts if it was an option. The technicians, the service and the final result after a routine check of our two garage doors was excellent--far beyond the norm for service. The techs are very knowledgeable, tidy as they work, show superior workmanship and know exactly what needs to be done. They are either a few minutes early or right on time, but called before they came to make sure we were home. I can't say enough great things about Precision. I just wish other businesses cared as much about their customers as Precision. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!!!!
