Adam did not communicate timing of installation. It had to be rescheduled 3 times. The office gave me3 different times. I know he had a personal problem but he could have called and not kept me waiting 2 days .

James and Precision are simply amazing. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come to our home the next day. James performed a complete inspection of the door and all of its components. He went through every option with me regarding the repair. James' attention to detail was amazing and he even made adjustments to the garage door opener. It is so quiet now after all of the repairs. This is our second time using Precision and we have been happy with the service both times. Thank you Precision and James!

Very impressed. Teck followed the Covid regs. At first I thought wow this guy was standoffish but then i Remembered the Covid part of the message, He did what he was supposed to do. Also did and excellent job and fast job fixing the door. Will recommend Percision to all.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from James. We called Precision Door because our garage was not closing properly. He was prompt and courteous. He reattached the driveshaft to the belt and I told him about a problem with the sun reflecting on the sensors. He took extra time to switch the sensor so the door would close during the peak sunlight.

Would have thought the service would have included programming the car remotes and that the second light in the overhead unit would have a bulb. Expensive for the return and competitively...had to haggle.

Would someone please contact me? I was grossly overcharged for repair of my garage door and want a manager to review the invoice with me. On top of being charged $900 + for spring and roller replacement, which after talking to another garage door company, should have only cost at most $300, my credit card was charged twice for that amount and I had to call to have the second charge removed.

Forgot the rear door of my car was still open and closed the garage door down on it, causing a cable to unravel and a top section to fall off the tracks. Called on a Sunday morning at 9:30am, was offered a timeframe between 12:00-2:00. James called at 12:30, and was to my house within 15 minutes. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, saw immediately what needed to be done. In addition, he went over and above to make a couple other adjustments which I didn’t even realize were needed....all at a very reasonable price. Thank you for your reputable service!

This was a total rip off. I was in a desperate situation with important morning meetings and, on the positive side, Precision booked me quickly. While booking the appointment, I was very clear to ask 3 times for an estimate. Even just a ball park estimate. My questions were deflected. Zac came out and assessed the situation. The top spring had broken. It was discussed that this 1992 garage door system was aging and that I really needed to replace several items. That surely made sense. What didn't make sense was the incredible over-pricing of the services. $885.00!!!! As we were wrapping up, I asked Zac if the company imposed a surcharge for this being an emergency. I was informed that emergencies were defined as middle of the night or Sunday's. When I got to work, I told my co-workers about it. They were like, "That happened to me last year. It was $169.00 - labor included!" So, I took it upon myself to call Castle Rock Garage Door companies and go through a detailed list of what was replaced. A & A Garage Door Repair said that the total cost for all items done by Precision would be under $400 and adamantly questioned me if I really wanted all of the replacements done. A second company gave me a quote of $169.00 for the actual broken spring. That's a whopping difference! I will be posting complaints with the BBB, Yelp and other online sources.

I am not one for leaving reviews, but today I will make an exception. We have used Precision for garage door repairs several times over the years, and we have never been disappointed. The service is often scheduled for the same day and done swiftly and accurately. Recently, we had a warranty issue that was handled with the same attention to detail that we have come to know from the technicians. Should the need arise to have this kind of service done in the future, Precision will be our first call.
