Quick service, same day, tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Way overpriced!!.. If you're looking for simple spring replacement, they don't offer price based options.. only a fixed way high 180.00 per spring.. Then on top of it they don't apply the absurd 65.00 service call to the work you gave them. They add it on. Then the owner Ben doesn't even reply to responses sent directly to him about the over priced work. I made the mistake trusting the over inflated reviews they fish for to beef up their rating.. I would encourage you strongly to use a more competitively priced company AT HALF the price.. There are tons in Denver, that give actual spring options.. Also beware, techs are trained to find what they can to add on to the work. My tech started pushing rollers, bearings, etc within 5 minutes trying to make me believe everything was shot and that an inspector will slam me when I sell. I have 9 rental houses and flip them yearly.. Never ever have Rollers or Bearings affected a sale.. Beware of this company.. This also could have been a more positive review if the owner cared enough to respond.

I read comments from other customers and that gave me confidence that your company would do a good job. Tom was thorough, and explained a potential hazard if the garage door wasn't repaired. He also installed a garage door opener which I badly needed. He was very pleasant and efficient. was able to come earlier than scheduled. I was greatly satisfied with his work.

We chose Precision because of all their available information on their website. The repairman arrived less than three hours after I first called. After inspecting our unit, he gave us options, gladly answering all of my questions. The job was completed efficiently, and his work area was totally clean before he left. My garage door broke at 10 am on a Saturday. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said she would have someone out between 11 and 1pm. Within 15-20 minutes I had a call from my technician Tom Lathrop to let me know he would be there around 11. He was timely and efficient. And done by 1130. He did a great job getting my garage door fixed so I could get on with running my errands for the day. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future should any problems arise. Thank you so much!

When our garage door failed to open, I surfed the net to find someone who could make the repairs. Your website was not the first I visited; however, it was definitely the last. I was impressed with the many glowing customer reviews. I took advantage of your on-line chat session, and within seconds I was working with a very knowledgeable and friendly associate. Since it was Friday afternoon, my expectation was to schedule a service appointment for early next week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a 2-hour maintenance window for that very afternoon. Your Technician called me early within our agreed upon time frame to advise that he was on his way. He quickly identified root cause to be a broken spring (compounded by tangled cables when the home-owner attempted his own repairs). I watched as he quickly took things apart, replaced the springs, got the cables back on their pulleys and then did all kinds of preventative maintenance tasks such as adjusting the tracks, ensuring everything was tight and applying some grease where necessary. I jokingly commented, "You've done this once or twice" when he had the job done very quickly. He had his own witty comeback. "Aren't you glad I read the manual on my way out here?" :-) My wife and I couldn't be more delighted. The garage door works better than it ever has. Thanks for your terrific support from start to finish.

Quick response! Technician was early every day and had me up and running in no time! Replaced both springs, all the rollers and replaced my garage door opener. Put a new Lift Master torque drive on and I couldn't be happier. Cost more for the tongue drive, but it is sooooo quiet! Nice job!

I received the Local Amazon coupon special email. We had just noticed the day before that my garage door looked like it was "separating", like the panels were slipping. I viewed the comments on the website and decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment for the same day. The tech arrived promptly and tuned up the door. My garage has had a few issues over the last year. It has been repaired twice by another company and the problem (not closing or opening properly) came back. I was never told that the type of spring system I had was outdated (Standard homebuilder unit--Wayne Dalton) and that I should replace it with something more current. Tom came out to my house for another fix and gave me a heads up that the fix was temporary and I should really consider a new system. I didn't blow off what he recommended, but, I also did not make it a priority. Well, he was right. The spring broke and I did need to get a new system. Tom came out again. Yet again, he was very professional, fast, personable and even called ahead to see if he could come early. WOW!!! Early never happens for repair service. Precision Garage Doors is the best!!!

These guys are fantastic. I had a tech (Tom) at my house within two hours of my phone call. My window of time was Noon and Two and Tom arrived promptly at noon. When he arrived he turned on the broken opener and immediately knew the problem and the price of the repair. He was in and out in under 45 minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing. I will use Precision for all of my future garage door needs.

When I called at 9 am to schedule my repair I was given a window of 11 am -1 pm. At 12:00 I received a call from the technician saying it would be "closer to 3 pm". The technician arrived at 3:30 pm. Once he arrived, the technician Robert, was courteous and knowledgeable. He made the repairs necessary and pointed out some issues to watch for in the future. The door is working fine now.

I picked Precision from a list on the Internet of companies that indicated they serviced the Brighton, CO area. I called a few others first, but Precision was the first one that answered the phone. A technician, Tom Lathrop, was available to come out that same morning. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes; however, the door began to stick intermittently later that evening. I called again the next morning and Tom happened to be in the area and came right over. He made some adjustments and corrected the problem - at no charge! Now that is service!
